Three companies refused, Tipping hat told me the furnace was too old to light and "by law" they couldnt light the wh without the furnace, but they would happily replace both for 12,000. Through a friend, I was referred to Dale Horton, owner of Guns and Hoses. At first he indicated he was sick, flu/covid/miserable. But when he learned the situation, he showed up, lit both, went to Home Depot and replaced my thermostat. Got me heat and hot water so we could start the massive clean up. Refused to take payment. Cannot recommend them more highly.

The cement that was poured for the patio under the deck was never finished even though KB Contracting paid the company in full that they had hired. I was promised it would get finished. Karsten is young and inexperienced, after promising he would finish the job and repair all the damage he did to my property he instead walked off the job. He and his crew also took all the cement I had already paid for to set the posts for the deck, 2 of my push brooms, a sledge hammer and a shovel.

At the end of the job they even cleaned all of our floors & furniture of all dust, then moved all furniture back into each room exactly as before construction, all with smiles on their faces!
