And then go search for 20 min for parking and then when she was out, had to make her stand outside in almost 100 degrees for me to get to my car and park illegally again! She offers options, never hesitates to suggests further testing yet doesn't order unnecessary labs or tests either. If your schedule is flexible, you can often get a same or next day appt. I asked to know the reason and was pretty much told that because I wanted an answer to that question, that was exactly the reason I wouldn't fit in with their practice. Not only does that seem unfair to me, it makes no sense. If you can't ask questions, or get answers, then it's probably best to seek a different provider. That's a really sad state of affairs.

The turn over rate is extremely high. The Dr's have their moments. Dr. Bonus I feel is the best for me. He is who I started with but like most was moved to Dr. Diya. Dr. Bonis has to fly up from SOCal and isn't always timely. Lippmann I don't see often. No complaints. I'm a pump patient so am seen every 4 months for a fill. While the front-desk experience at this clinic could definitely be improved, Dr. Filbrandt himself is excellent. I've had the same procedures done by him years ago when he was at Enloe and he's great. He's highly experienced, intelligent, kind, has a good memory and really listens. I absolutely recommend him for any nerve testing. As for the clinic itself, I can't speak to the other pain specialists but one downside is that it's impossible to reach a real person by phone and they don't have a patient portal, either. Personally, the only reason I'd go to Interventional Pain Solutions is to see Dr. Filbrandt.
