Three attempts were previously made to clear the drain, myself and two other plumbers. To no avail,…read moreit was still plugged. After one more attempt that resulted in the washer drain backing up in the laundry room, I called Superior. The Superior Plumbing team came to our home to clear out our drainage system and arrived on time, as promised. They made an attempt to clear the line and found the line was still plugged with grease and lint. Instead of telling us what needed to be done and going to another call, they told us what needed to be done and went to get the tools they needed to finish the job. They came back, jetted the line, and restored our sewer service. Highly professional and extremely capable of doing amazing work. We recommend you call them first. Thank you, Superior Team!

This clog obviously took years to develop and was not a DIY fix. Shawn was at the house when he said he would be, took time to listen to our issues and used his "machine" in multiple routes to make sure all our drain pipes were clear. He was super friendly and charged a reasonable price. Plumbers typically mean anxiety, but it was overall pain free. If/when we have another plumbing issue this will be our first call! Thanks Shawn!

I had a break in the pipe going to my house from the water meter/main area. I googled some…read moreplumbers in our area, as well as placed an ISO question for suggestions on Facebook!! I choose this company too do the repair. They responded to my call on the second ring. The service dispatch set my expectations and said they'd have someone between 1 & 4 that same day. I got a text with response updates. The plumbers called at 11:30 and said they could swing by and fix it now (earlier than expected), if I had time right now. I agreed and they came. Poor guys had to bail out about 5-6 -- 5 gallon buckets of muddy water to get to the problem. They worked through the rain that started and got it fixed. It was disheartening to see them wallow in the mud and getting wet at the end, but they diligently got it completed, regardless of the wet obstacles. They even came the next day and double checked that it was fixed properly, because the rain was filling the hole at the end and it was fixed but not truly visible in the murky puddle the rain was making. I would recommend this company to anyone and I thank their employee Jonathan for a job well done. Thanks guys, it was very professionally completed to my satisfaction.
