The facility is always clean and welcoming - decorated for the seasons and plenty of amenities such as change, soap & softener, snack and drink machines. Seems like they are always updating and upgrading equipment and machines! They recognize the multi-cultural aspect of our community as well. I am there doing laundry 2-3 times a week, usually one load at a time. It's always a pleasant experience.

The area is clean with abundant folding tables, laundry carts, and stocked vending machines (for food, drinks, and detergents). The machines are also clean and mostly functional (there are always a few problems when you have that many washers and dryers). I did have a problem with one machine that locked after I paid, but never started the wash cycle. I made a call to the owner (at 6am), who answered, attempted troubleshooting over the phone, and assured me that the clothes would be washed as soon as the attendant was in. A few hours later I got a message that my clothes were ready to be picked up. The attendant washed, dried, and folded all of my clothes, which turned a frustrating situation into a very pleasant one. I highly recommend this laundromat to anyone.

I was working on my computer at the only table in the place, and a child took my SD card out of my computer and put it into the vending machine within 3 feet of me and the 30-seconds it took to take my pillows to the dryer. It took almost 2 hours searching for it. The parent was not watching the kids the entire time they were there prior to the incident, but were very helpful and apologetic in helping me look for my card. The attendant was also very helpful in talking with the owner (who wasn't on site) to watch the cameras to see who took my things.
