She was more than willing to see a lot of houses in a 2-day period because I needed to move fast and quickly learn the area and the market. Ultimately, I went with new construction and Chelsea was instrumental in the purchasing process ad the blue tape walkthrough. She was picking out things for the builder to address that I would have totally missed. She kept me on point throughout the process of getting approved through closing. She was constantly following up with Lennar on my behalf and kept the process smoothly moving forward.

She went above and beyond to make sure we were found the right house even from 1200 miles away. For us, that meant walking away from 2 houses that didn't pass inspection. She didn't try and rush us into something that wasn't right which meant a lot to me. We absolutely love our new house in Fairmount and are so pleased with the expereince.

She really took the time to get to know us and our needs rather than sending over massive amounts of listings that she knew just weren't right for us. In the end, Riann supported us through 4 offers, 3 inspections, multiple difficult sellers, and finished up by getting us into our dream home. I could go on and on, but assure you you won't be disappointed. If you want old lady, big hair, lack of attention to detail, tacky name tags, and typical realtor BS, Riann is NOT for you. If you want someone who is forward thinking, an excellent communicator, knows the business like a true pro, and will truly fight for you so you have no regrets and feel 100% confident with the purchase.....Riann is the one for you! Thank you Riann for showing us how it feels for a realtor to really have our backs!

I would hope that practicing due diligence is still considered good business practice, along with ethics and integrity. I don't seem to be able to discern those qualities in this company. I would think what appears to me to be, at the very least, a poor decision by Ms. Skipworth and/or the company she works for would not be good business practice. I rate this business with one star only because a star was required to post.

I would never have thought I could get that number. I was absolutely blown away. Jon Westrom, the owner, even met me on a Sunday to walk through the property and talk strategy. That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. I'm beyond impressed and extremely grateful. If you're looking for the best property management company in DFW, Westrom Group is it. Highly, highly recommend.

Amy was very patient with us and listened to our wants and needs throughout the whole process! We recommend Amy to anyone looking to relocate to the state of Texas to purchase a home in the DFW area including the more rural areas a little out of the cities or even to the people that already live here and are just looking to move into a new home!

I feel kind of late to the party because I didn't find out about apartment/home locators until…read morepretty recently. It all started on Instagram with Smart City Apartments. They post regular content and often do negotiated deals. However, I quickly learned that the only way you can really take advantage of these deals is if you're ready to sign then and there. It is first-come first-serve and unfortunately, it was not practical for most people to wait around for the perfect deal not knowing the timeline. Most apartments require you to provide 60 day notice of intent to vacate. This timeline felt shorter for me because I was going on an international business trip. I did not really have the time to look around and wasn't sure what to do. Luckily for me, I stumbled across The Realm Agency on Instagram. I liked that their posts showed pricing and location. Sometimes apartment locators can be really obscure in my opinion. I sent them a message and sure enough someone contacted me shortly after. That's when I had the privilege to meet Chris- the best locator around! Chris was super attentive to all of my needs and questions. He inquired about what type of apartment I was looking for, amenities, my budget, expected move in date, etc. I gave him some areas I was interested in and within a few days he had compiled an extensive list for me. I am not lying when I say that Chris worked around the clock to help me find the perfect apartment! We were texting each other during random hours since I was traveling and working in both the Philippines and South Korea. He always kept me informed about my options and was never pushy on a single property. I appreciated his honesty and feedback in regards to the pros/cons of available properties. Working with him honestly felt like talking to a friend! There was one property that I really ended up liking and Chris was able to set up a virtual tour. However, that same apartment ended up getting leased during my tour. I was pretty upset over it, but Chris was able to offer me an even better alternative shortly after (literally the next day or so). I felt so grateful since it felt like a huge burden had been taken off of my shoulders. Let me also point out that I am a pretty picky person. I had high expectations for my new apartment and was so worried I wouldn't find the perfect place. I finally moved in today and I truly love it! I moved to Harvest Lofts at Farmer's Market (an area that I did not even first consider). Chris truly wants to help you find a property that you will not only like but love. If you're looking for a new place, do yourself a favor and contact The Realm Agency!! It is completely free and saves you so much time. I honestly don't even know why people bother to look for apartments on their own if businesses like these exist. Chris- THANK YOU SO MUCH! You are a life-saver and super awesome. Rio and I have finally found our new home and it wouldn't have been possible without your help.
