I was pleasantly surprised when I went the first time, but today was only for a small item return.. I noticed so much of their clothing is a higher quality than two of their competitor stores, however that was not what I came in for originally so went for what I was seeking. Truth is when the hubs went to his Mother's for the weekend a few weeks back and I was free to be me, shop; I came here for the first time, just to browse for things I may need for kitchen or baths. At any rate, everything was so nicely displayed, the store is very clean, the upscale clothing just beautiful....the Karl Lagerfield blouse I saw today when I ran in to return the small item well, I do believe I must have it so I will return this week. The clerks in the store are so very nice, helpful and even have a sense of humor too. Very nice experience...

This place is HORRIBLE! The manager, Chasity seems to make up the rules as she goes. Already…read moreallowed recently purchased items that were damaged to be exchanged, yet when it happened again, suddenly that's "not their policy"! Never again will I ever spend one more cent in that store or any other TJ Maxx. She should be ashamed of herself and absolutely has no business being in management anywhere. Whoever is responsible for hiring her should reconsider.

The staff was friendly and the products were nice, but I left the salon in tears…read more I have long hair and I have been growing out layers. The plan was to trim the dead ends off the layers and then shorten it a bit (about an inch off). My long bangs were going to be angled. The cut was going along well until my hairdresser suggested rounding the edges around the front so it would not be so blunt. It sounded like a good idea. Then, she angled one side, and then the other. Then she went back to the first side. Then back to the second. Then back to the first. And, back to the second. Then she thought it was pretty even. I pointed out that it was not. It was painfully clear that she was in over her head. Instead of getting a manager or a senior stylist, she assured me she could fix it. She tried to trim a little more off one side, and then a little more. Before she could then try to even up the other side, I asked to just be done. Looking straight into a mirror, the left side of my hair is sharply angled with a notch cut out. The right side is not as sharply angled. The woman at the desk told me that I did not have to pay for the cut. Or, I could come back the following day and the manager could "fix it". I simply wanted to leave, so I tearfully paid for the cut and walked out. I can't imagine going back. Next time I ask for a recommendation, I will ask for the name of a specific hairdresser, not simply the name of a salon.

I also saw a Mexican restaurant which I may soon have to check out, Randall's grocery store, a bank, a gas station, a pizza place which doesn't sound bad, a diner with some outdoor seating, a CVS, a Sears, and a few boutiques which are calling my name. Quick easy access parking and located in Panther Creek village.

We loved how quick and easy the process was to sign up and then for them to go through his items. We had the option of cash or store credit and opted for store credit since you earn extra that way. Our son was then able to get a cool, unused Melissa & Doug wooden play food BBQ set to add to his kitchen play area at home, a couple of books and a pair of gently used board shorts! Good customer service and great used options. It was quite organized and clean as well. Definitely recommend this Kid-to-Kid location to anyone!!
