Burris Law helped me with my Mom's probate and estate. They are informative, extremely helpful,…read moreprompt, and understanding. Going through the probate process took a long time(2 and a half years) partial due to the nature of the courts and partially due to some more uncommon issues that came up. Including an existence of a trust, but being unable to locate a copy including finding the attorney who originally set up the trust and asking if they had any copies. Unfortunately, the trust was set up before computer records were common. Another problem they helped me with was SunRun decided, for reasons we were never able to figure out, to try to shut of service even after I had began the process of transferring everything into my name and was only then waiting on the deed for the house that I wouldn't have until probate was over. Getting a letter saying SunRun was going to deactivate my service for being overdue on payments while in the same letter saying I owed no money and was 0 days past due was confusing and was confusingto every SunRunemployeei spoke to and none could give me answers. Burris Law helped me tremendously with this and without their help I don't know what would have happened in the end. I can't say enough nice things about them. They sent me 2 small care packages during the process and it was really nice to get something positive in the mail during a time when I was getting anxiety every time the mail came. Even after probate has been over for a year they answer any questions I have that come up. Retaining their services was expensive, as it would have been for any probate attorney, and it was worth every cent. When I'm in a better spot I'll be back to set up my own trust with their help.

I contacted them and from the moment I was contacted by the intake coordinator to meeting with Ariana Buriss, it was a seamless transition. I love the office, it's homey and professional. Exactly as I would want it to be to feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly professional and helpful. They replied to my questions quickly and were just super nice to boot! Meeting Ariana, she is kind and very down to earth but very smart and professional. I felt completely at ease with her, I never felt rushed, she knew exactly how to help on the situation I came to her for and had it completed in an incredible amount of time. I was literally shocked she completed everything by our next appointment. I am going to use her services again to set up a trust. I would highly recommend using her and her office. Going to an attorney can be like going to the doctor, all you want is for someone to listen and address your needs and she did that and more. What a relief! Don't hesitate just book the appointment.

Anthony is…read moreuniquely equipped because he is not only an attorney but also holds a real estate broker license, which gives him a comprehensive understanding of the transaction from all angles. Because we bought the property remotely, completing all paperwork electronically was a strict requirement for us. It had also been quite a while since we last bought a home, but Anthony did a fantastic job of managing the remote process and explaining everything clearly. We felt much more confident having him at our side throughout the transaction. A few key aspects of his service really stood out: * Extremely Responsive: He was exceptionally quick to reply to any questions, keeping the transaction moving efficiently. He even made himself available to assist us during his own vacation, which we greatly appreciated. * Clear Communication: He was excellent at breaking down complex legal terms and contract details into straightforward, easy-to-understand language. * Thorough and Diligent: Anthony was meticulous with our paperwork, reviewing every electronic document carefully to ensure our interests were fully protected. We also really appreciated that he gave us the opportunity to dial up or down his level of involvement based on our needs. If you are looking for a highly responsive, competent and versatile attorney for a real estate transaction--remote or local--we strongly recommend Anthony.

With all the specificities it takes to create a business, this team was awesome in communicating with me and assisting me with navigating not only the needs to get the ball rolling but also how to keep it rolling and with tips to help with bank accounts and accounting packages (if I were to want to take those routes). They were also very neutral in providing all the options possible and when I requested advisement or pros/cons, they were able to share these promptly and in a way that helped me choose what was best for me. Mark was outstanding - he was extremely responsive, he quickly understood the facts of the case, and after reviewing the circumstances, he advised me that, while he would pursue the case with me if I really wanted to, in his opinion I should just let things go given how things ultimately worked out. This was extraordinarily ethical on his part - I would have happily spent a five-figure sum with him pursuing litigation against the broker had he advised me to do so, but he did the right thing and behaved extremely ethically, even though it cost him a fair amount of billable work. Mark is extremely intelligent, extremely ethical, and an outstanding attorney. If I ever have any legal issues in the future, he's going to be the first person I call.
