She continues to impress and inspire me as we grow closer as women, professionals, and independent-minded people. It's not often that a person continues to engage with her clients in a material way. Kate Kelso does so with grace, growing as a professional and person. Kate is comfortable in her own skin, with an openness and passion she exhibits to anyone who crosses her path. Trust is fickle, and fragile, I place my trust in her and her advice - she has never disappointed. Kate, to her own detriment, would go as far out of her way as she physically could to help a stranger. Sometimes women like this are called push-overs; often they become punching bags, steam rolled by other people. Frequently people like Attorney Kelso become byproducts of other peoples' needs, people who take too much and give too little. However, Kate has stepped into her own strength, prioritizing her clients and their needs. I have the utmost confidence that anyone who retains her will never regret it - and be lucky to have her.

My mom is very ill, so any interruption or loss of health benefits has truly life-and-death consequences. I came in already navigating an incredibly difficult situation, with a lot of questions and a lot of anxiety. Patrick was compassionate, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the inner workings of Medicaid in a way that actually made sense, and he offered proactive advice that helped us think ahead rather than just react. I never felt rushed, and it was clear he genuinely cared about helping us do what was best for my mom. I walked out with peace of mind and a much clearer understanding of how I can support her during this time. Compassion, empathy, and real expertise were all present, which meant more than I can put into words. In the middle of such a hard chapter, it was truly meaningful to cross paths with an exceptional human.

Finding a reliable attorney was significantly more challenging than expected, and I started to give up hope that I would ever find the right firm to help me. As soon as I spoke to Edward on the phone, I knew he was the perfect attorney for the project. During my initial consultation, Edward walked me through what needed to be completed to successfully administer the trust. From this point forward, he was always timely, understanding, and focused on delivering excellent results. From start to finish, Edward made the process nearly effortless for me. This gave me the time and peace of mind to focus my energy on grieving the loss of my beautiful 96-year-old dad. I am forever grateful to Edward and NM Law for caring enough to take my case and deliver excellent results. They also rang up $$ because the court forced them to search for our niece's mother, who abandoned her and moved outside the USA with no forwarding info. Affidavits from her ex and her family were not acceptable by SF -- oh joy. So yes, it cost over double the estimate, and they could have thrown their hands up and told us to go elsewhere -- but they didn't -- they played the San Francisco game with unlimited patience. And they won. Yee-haw!
