I'm only writing this review so that Lauren (@KiyoKatsuu) can hopefully learn from this situation…read moreand become more communicative/professional to her future clients. I have been trying to get an appointment with her since May 1st. I messaged her on Instagram stating that I'm interested in booking an appointment with her as well as describing to her what I am looking for and my hair history. I provided multiple pictures and all the information needed for her to know because I understand the work and complexity it takes to dye someone's hair that has been previously colored/bleached from another hair colorist or by themselves. However, even after I provided her all the information she needed and asked for she takes days to respond or doesn't even view the message. She is also active enough on her business account to reply/see the messages I sent her since she's posting stories about men sliding into her dm's through her business account. The last time she replied back to me was May 11th. I replied May 12th and gave her the information she asked for. It's now May 18th and still haven't heard back from her even after a follow up message I sent on May 16th asking if she would be able to do my hair. I understand she might be busy, doesn't want to do my hair or maybe isn't at that skill level to do my hair (since she's a junior stylist) but the inconsistent communication and the unresponsiveness is unprofessional and misleading. If you're running a business that thrives from clientele I think it's important for you to be responsive and honest. I don't want to discredit her on her skills bc her work is clearly amazing which is why I did want to book with her in the first place. Unfortunately, in my case I wasn't able to get an appointment or even a response LOL! I also don't have the patience to wait anymore since it's been 2 weeks! Therefore, I hope Lauren learns to be more communicative with her present/future clients.

Ok, this is waayyyyy overdue because I've been going to Amy for a long time. First, Amy is an angel…read moreon earth. She is so warm, funny, talented and beautiful and she makes you feel special and pretty. She's literally one of the sweetest people I've ever known. Now, let's talk extensions. I've wanted them forever - I have pretty thin hair that does not like to grow past my shoulders. Amy and I met for the consult and played with all the color swatches (so fun!). We took some time making sure we had the right colors because once you order the hair you can't change the color. The colors turned out ah-maz-ing. It takes a few hours to install but the time flies by because Amy and I are just chatting away and having fun. The end result seriously brought me to tears. It took some getting used to because the hair feels like another appendage when you never had much hair before. I thought the bonds would be uncomfortable to sleep in but they are not - I don't even really notice them anymore. With my hair being thin I was worried about stressing it out and causing it to weaken my natural hair and creating long term damage. That is always a risk when you color, use heat or anything really, so I just try to be super careful that I don't tug the hair too hard, get it stuck under my purse strap, let my kids pull on it, etc. I always kinda have my guard up now, lol, but it's so worth it. When I went in for my first lift (about 4 weeks post-install) Amy moved a couple of pieces around based on my feedback/questions, shaped the front a little and made it look more amazing! She also looked for signs that my hair roots were getting stressed out or if I was being too rough on the bonds. So she really goes the extra mile to have you looking fab and keep your natural hair healthy. And, because you are investing in this hair, don't skimp on the quality hair care products. Whatever Amy suggests you get, just get it. They have an amazing line of Kevin Murphy products and she set me up with everything I needed. It is pricey, but if you skimp you won't get a very long life out of your hair. This is like a dream come true. My hair has always been one of the things I disliked most about myself and as silly as it might sound, these extensions have changed my life. Thank you, Amy for being the sweetheart you are and for your expertise!

Sweet, kind, fun, and an excellent colorist. Attentive to my needs, conservative in using color and honestly super accommodating to all my stories about my hair and my (what I feel like is) high maintenance requests! Im beyond stoked with my beautiful blonde highlights....just enough and never went through the ORANGE Brassy stage (like I had been experiencing)! My hair feels healthier than ever, and I cant wait to come back for a root blend (maybe she calls it something else...but she really knew what my hair needed then and in the future). My daughter is going in this weekend (if she can get in) and I felt great saying any of the stylists there are amazing if you cant get in Lila as when I was at Bardot (another thing I loved) was how highly Lila spoke about all the stylists and their skills, good vibes, and in general attentive and accommodating customer service. I appreciated that on top of the whole awesome experience, as you can really feel that when you are there. Its a cool place, with experienced and skilled stylists supporting each-other and Im all about the good vibes! I will call soon for my next appointment...Sorry for the delay in posting, but THANK YOU BARDOT!

We had purchased a package for this salon with a few friends. We finally were able to come in & get…read moreit done. The package included: manicure, make up, eyelash extension, haircut & blow dry. Everyone at this salon is pleasant & nice. Cyndy the owner is very professional & truly is good at what she does. I didn't want a haircut so I requested to get deep conditioning on my hair. Cyndy used the 'silk' brand. She first applied it on my hair, I sat under the drier for about 30 min & then washed it off. My hair is so silky & smooth. After coloring my hair, it's become rough & it was so hard to even brush through it but the deep conditioning really helped. Maya then blow dried & styled my hair. She did a fabulous job. Ligia did my make up. She is very sweet & loves what she does. She did a natural look on me with all natural colors. Loved that she didn't go over board. I was a little upset why we weren't getting eyelash extensions. After all, It had stated on our certificate that we were going to get eyelash extension but still Ligia did a great job. Some of us got the false eyelashes. I didn't since we were just going to dinner afterwards. Joe did my mani & pedi. She really took her time & did a very clean & nice job. Pedicure wasn't a part of our package but she did it for me anyway. I just paid for it. Overall, I liked the whole atmosphere & the vibe of the salon. I like that you can almost get everything done in the same place. From manicure to make up & hair. They are all nice & professional. I would love to go back to Cyndy the owner. She works there from Wednesday to Sunday.

I'll start off simply by saying I received the best cut of my life here…read more I am a man with very long hair, and significant male pattern baldness, especially over the crown of my head. I hadn't had a haircut in over four years. Started growing out my hair because of Covid, and finally decided to clean things up. I drive past the salon every day to and from work and decided to call and set up an appointment. Maria cut my hair. Before she did though, we went through a plan of what would work with my hair type. I explained to her what I wanted to keep doing with my hair. She seemed to understand, and got to work. The entire time I did not feel as though she was removing any hair and assumed she was simply cutting my split ends. By the time it was over, she had been able to keep my hair relatively long (but notably shorter and lighter), enough to still style in the fashion I requested. At the same time, she had layered my hair in a way that easily hid my balding, and would continue to do so even when I fixed my own hair in various styles. I look so much younger and cleaner, you wouldn't believe it was simply from a haircut. Well worth the price, which was extremely affordable to begin with.
