One of the best doctors in Florida; and certainly the best podiatrist. I've been here many times; every time for an ingrown toenail operation. Dr. Klein does all of the medical care personally; doesn't delegate to the nurses and other staff. You are being taken care of by a true professional. The attention and dedication of Dr. Klein is what makes me fully endorse Dr. Klein. I cannot recommend Dr. Klein enough! He's simply the best. read more

Dr. Marc Klein is amazing, caring , sincere and so extremely knowledgeable!! Approximately 10 years ago, I suffered Plantar Fasciitis, I went to his office and he made me amazing insoles that helped me tremendously !!! Then, a few weeks ago, I started experiencing excruciating pain in the balls of my feet, I called his lovely wife, Jill , and she got me in right away to see her husband, Dr. Klein. He , AGAIN , cured me !! The discomfort in the balls of my feet were AWFUL as I walk approximately 5 miles a day in a marble/granite concrete floor warehouse. As a matter of fact, a designer that I was working with just yesterday was complementing my shoes that Dr. Klein suggested I wear and I began to tell her of my foot problems. Without hesitation, she popped up and said... well , I have the VERY BEST PODIATRIST if you need to see one... I laughed and said ,well , I have the VERY BEST PODIATRIST.... we both said DR. MARC KLEIN SIMULTANEOUSLY !!! He is authentic, outstanding and the very finest !!! Please, see Dr. Klein if you are experiencing foot problems. Trust me, your problems will be solved in a very professional and caring way ! He is beyond excellent!! Highly, highly recommended !!! read more

He used to be an awesome doctor. But I think she has resulted in poor care and quality. He did absolutely nothing for my husband and we have been to him before about 9 years ago. My daughter went too not impressed. I went and he wanted to remove my big toenails. Now I get them taken care of at a Salon and no more problems. Plus he made me buy something to put on my toes and it was 40.00 only to be told afterward that it would not work for me. Time to retire I believe. read more

After seeing numerous podiatrists and an orthopedic specialist for my plantar fasciitis over the past two years, without any relief from my pain, I finally found the answer...Dr. Marc Klein. Although I have had orthotics prescribed in the past, they never worked, so I was skeptical when Dr. Klein said he had the answer to my problem. He fitted me for orthotics and took the time to explain everything. Since I have been wearing the orthotics from Dr. Klein it has been a miracle. I am happy to report I am pain free. Dr. Klein is a caring professional and takes the time not only to listen, but to explain everything. read more

Dr Klein is a caring, considerate doctor. He spent a great deal of time with me and carefully explained all of the information I needed to know. This visit was my first one to his office, but I'm positive that I will see him again if necessary. I hardily recommend him. read more

I have contacted Yelp as to my review was taken down and deemed irrevelant, and not a factor, after the fact that the office contacted me to remove my review, in exchange for my bill to be waived, to which I declined and offered payment. I then received a call from a bill collector/attorney the next day regarding my case, with the last name Klein....I wonder if it could be another relative that is helping their business. The doctor was kind and caring, but beware of the billing staff, and their predatory and unprofessional behavior. When I have time, I will upload the letter I received. I requested documentation regarding the conversation we had with the office, and the man told me he would get back to me as he had not seen it documented before that he would waive my bill in exchange for taking down my review. I went back and agreed to the terms, but instead, they changed their mind. Shame on you, and your office "staff", as this could have been resolved professionally and peacefully.Honest review of the services rendured should not be suppressed. read more

As a world traveler, I often feel lower back pain and foot cramping after a full day of standing and touring. Hoping to find a solution, I went to Dr. Klein who educated me about the difference custom made orthotics would make. I was initially sceptical about spending the money for custom made orthotics. Glad I listened! What a difference they made! I never jog, hike or tour without the orthotics in my sneakers. Thank you Dr. Klein! read more

So Dr Klein as a clinician was very good. No complaints. Unfortunately their billing practices are awful. I received one bill from them in the mail stating I was 30 days late. I had never received an initial bill. I called the office to make a payment (I wanted to use my HSA card and the only way to pay with credit card was to call). I left a message and no one called me back. A week or two went by and I received a letter from a collection agency. With an extra $40 charge on top of my bill. The original bill was about $80z The collection agency proceeds call and harass me every day even after I spoke to them the very first time they called and I told them I wanted to talk with the office first and then would pay it online. I tried to call the office ...called during business hours...no one picked up after a few calls. I did leave a message and no one again called me back. The office never ever once bothered to call me to say that my bill was late and then never returned my phone calls. I will not Be returning or recommending this practice. Awful business practices which is unfortunate cause Dr Klein was pretty good read more

It was so refreshing to find Dr. Klein. He's the most caring, and sincere doctor I've ever seen. They just don't make them like that anymore! I first met with Dr. Klein after spending 2 months in a wheelchair. I had endured an overuse injury that other doctors couldn't figure out. Dr. Klein had me up and walking within days of my first appointment with him. He now has me in custom made orthotics, so I can return to all the activities that I once loved. I was a difficult patient, but Dr. Klein did not give up on me and I'm so thankful that he didn't. read more

The doctor and a staff member kept insisting I had a wart on my foot and had me return several times to use a blistering agent which was clearly not working, while really irritating my foot! I didn't feel comfortable anymore because they didn't listen to my concerns and the front office woman I spoke to was very defensive and argued with me about my concerns but was not a PA or Doctor. I then saw a dermatologist and received a second opinion from a different foot specialist who both said it was not a wart, but a benign growth (little tumor) that needed to be removed surgically. My experience was this office was able to bill my insurance to irritate my foot and dismiss my concerns. read more

Patient Beware! I have been to so many doctors offices in the Boca Raton area. Never have I experienced an office like this. My specific complaint is about the office staff. Although I was unsatisfied with my care, the way the office staff treated me is unforgivable. Rude and completely uncaring. The exact opposite of what a doctors offIce should be. Right from the start I found the office staff are rude and I found the doctors to be completely incompetent. In fact, when I called to go over an issue, they hung up on me!!!! Where have you ever heard of such a thing? They treated my heel incorrectly and opened up my entire heel for no reason. When I called to complain they hung up me. It is still hurting me three months later from the procedure. Please, go see any other podiatrist in the area. This office is just looking for ways to up your bill and milk the insurance agencies. Once again, chose any other podiatrist office other than this one. The staff should be ashamed of themselves read more

Doctor Klein is amazing. He was able to determine the cause of my husband's chronic heel pain and cure it with his special orthotics. Three other podiatrists tried and failed. Doctor Klein is personable, patient, and an expert in his field. read more

The care is okay, but they charged me $600 for orthotics, then $50 & $80 for the next 2 visits to fine tune them!! Not acceptable, and they don't care one bit! Money hungry, stay away! read more

I was very impressed with Dr. Klein's treatment, both professional & as a person. He was kind & interested in my problem, & took time to talk to me so that I understood what to do. read more

The rudest most inept front desk people I have ever come across at a Doctors office in my life. On my first visit one of the women up front was having an annoyingly loud personal conversation while I was waiting to be seen (30 minutes past my scheduled time). The assistant making appointments seems like she's in another world. When I went back for a second appointment, at my scheduled time, she said that the Doctor was with another patient, wouldn't be able to see me for another 45 minutes and that she tried to call but my phone was disconnected. When I explained that it's a cell phone that would never be "disconnected" she said " I probably dialed a wrong number then". No second call. No attempt to try to get a hold of me. I had already taken time off of work and could not wait an extra hour. Dr. Klein seems like a good man and Doctor but those two women up front are a disgrace to health care and common decency.
