I finally started going to someone else because I wasn't getting better and he adjusted my neck which Paul never did. It hurt like hell at first but then I got better and better and now I only go when I have to, which is only about once a month because I'm finally getting the proper care! Paul wasn't even adjusting the right area and that kept me having to go every single week for nothing because I wasn't getting any better!

This matters: he asked to see X-rays before doing *anything*. Now not only is that good practice,…read morebut in our family's case, it was life and death. My fiancée's mom had been having horrible back pain for several months that had come on suddenly. She saw her doctor who said it was muscular. She found herself in the ER *eight times* where they said it was muscular and would prescribe physical therapy, chiropractic, or, worse, painkillers. She was averse to taking drugs and wanted to know *why* she was having the pain. In short, they figured she was old and hurting from aging. On that eighth ER visit, I became frustrated and DEMANDED that they X-ray her back. They did a plain film X-ray basically to appease us, and again said it showed nothing. Dr. Rob looked at the X-ray and *immediately* told us to get a second opinion because he saw something that concerned him. Turns out he was seeing a metastasis and had spotted cancer that went ignored by probably a dozen other doctors. Before this, I had always been dubious of chiropractic but *he* won me over, so when I began having my own back issues, I gave him a try. He helped me so much and was always a friendly face, even when I had skipped long periods between visits. My fiancée's mom loved him and credited him with - at the very least - listening to her and being thorough. She would stop by just to see him, even though her back couldn't handle chiropractic anymore. It meant so very much to her that she hadn't been immediately written off as "just another old lady" that she began sending her friends to see him, and we have continued doing the same.

This used to be a great practice. Doc went above and beyond. He was one of few doctors who would…read moreactually listen and take the time to make you feel safe and comfortable. Like you mattered. You felt like part of a family. Staff knew you were in pain, and they shared the same kindness, patience and understanding. Things have been very different since the staff turned over. The practice makes sure you are in and out as quickly as possible. You feel rushed. Doc says very little. His adjustments feel mechanical. He has no interest in having a conversation. He stopped listening. He goes through the motions and you're on your way. Staff is running the practice as if it's some kind of med spa. There pushing these different devices that are more like cosmetic treatments. And boy are they pushy, pacifically the one older woman on staff the billing clerk. Good luck with that one, especially if you are a female she will make sure you are rushed through your adjustment. If you aren't interested in the cosmetic procedures they're pushing as med spa treatments, expect to be treated poorly. This used to be a solid medical practice dedicated to caring for there patients. Now it feels like all Doc cares about is making money. Doc no longer cares about making people feel better. I expect more from someone who is treating me when I'm most vulnerable, when I am in pain and I am suffering. Just because I have been injured and can't afford fancy med spa treatments, I don't feel like staff should be looking down on me. We miss the old staff, and we miss the old Doc. It's a shame Doc is only interested in making money now. A once great medical practice has been ruined by vanity and greed.

I came here for a specialist, and I'm not going to say exactly what it was to maintain my privacy…read more But I was disappointed that the specialist for my treatment didn't do what I have seen other PTs perform online for people who suffer from the same condition. She also never explained what she was doing, and when I asked clarifying questions to learn more about each treatment, she acted irritated with me. She just wanted to get me in and out of there. I felt unwelcome. Trying out the treatment was very expensive for me because I have a high deductible plan, and I paid what I think is a lot of money for each session. I stopped going and am trying other treatments at home. The whole experience was so far from what I expected to have for something in the medical category. Felt more like the professional grade of cosmetology, as in a nail or hair salon. Wouldn't recommend. I got no relief from any treatment, not that my PT asked me how I felt about my experience or since my last visit.
