We recently had granite kitchen countertop installed by Marble Uniques in Tipton, IN. The quality of the countertop is exceptional. The cost was almost $1000 less than a competitor in Marion, IN. The installation was done efficiently and with perfection. They showed up when they stated they would on specific days and within a time range given. Laura Powell was our Project Coordinator. Martin measured and drew our template and Maciej was our installation crew leader. All three who were there for installation were efficient and professional. I am extremely happy with my countertop...price...quality..workmanship..and most importantly...CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were not asked to pay 100% up front like the competitor in Marion, IN. We placed 50% down and paid balance on completion of the job after we saw the work met our expectations. Thank you again Marble Uniques for the excellent work. Would recommend highly to anyone thinking of granite, quartz, or other countertop installations. You can walk through their warehouse in Tipton and actually select your own granite and/or quartz. Since placing a complimentary note on Facebook, we have had numerous friends tell us that they too used Marble Uniques or had friends that did and were very happy with the outcome. Marble Uniques (MU) was recommended to us by two different companies while we were looking for a hearth for our fireplace. We met with Tim at their facility. He was very friendly and very helpful. He walked us around the warehouse and explained to us the different types of products MU has and what would be the most cost effective for our project. Everyone at MU were very helpful and very professional. The employee who did the initial template (whose name I can't remember) was prompt and completed the job in a timely manner. The installers (Garrett and Zack) were very professional. They were able to quickly work through a couple of issues with our install and finish in a very short time Tim did an excellent job keeping us informed of the status of our project, any potential issues or delays that might occur, and was prompt in returning emails with a variety different questions we posed to him. We have used Marble Uniques for 3 separate projects in the past 3 years with the most recent being a day ago. We are highly satisfied with the level of care, responsiveness, and overall fabrication and installation of our kitchen counters and baths. Jeff, the owner has been a good communicator and has always answered our emails and phone calls within 24 hrs. Tom, the GM has always been friendly and knowledgeable whenever we have spoken to him. Nick, original contact person with selections is patient and easy to work with. In the past I was not able to be at home for the quartz installation. We used Marble Unique when we built our house in 2012. We had them install granite in the kitchen, guest bathroom and master bathroom. We went to their warehouse in Tipton, IN knowing nothing about what material we could use or afford. The staff there showed us our options and walked us through the who process. The service men who came to install the countertops were very precise, neat and clean while installing the countertops. We were so please with the quality, workmanship and friendly staff that when we finished our basement in 2017 we went right back to them again. We needed a kitchen makeover after 32 years...we went on a tour at Marble Uniques in Tipton Indiana when we were ready to pick out our countertop, the owner personally escorted us around the warehouse & explained the different surfaces, pros/cons of all and we decided on quartz.
