Bobbie and Jemala delivered the pieces which are well made, 60+ years old and heavy as s--t! Everything was wrapped to protect it and placed perfectly up two flights of stairs! The amount was recommend by my contractor so I purchased the tile mid march. Once the contractor finished the kitchen end of July I had a full unopened box of tile. When I stopped at the store the women at the counter refused to take the tile quoting the 30 day return policy. Had I realized the 30 day policy at the time of purchase I would have went to another supplier. When I took 2 cases of unused flooring back to the flooring store (same time frame) they were more than happy to take it back and refunding me the costs.
