I would never recommend this company to anyone! I wouldn't even suggest them if they were the only law firm available. Sure they call you quick to set up a consultation that you pay $49 for. But what happens when they text you and remind you 5 times of your upcoming $49 consultation yet they are the ones who are a no call no show. So then you message and call. No one answers the phone and the lady that guarantees you that the yelp reviews aren't accurate is the one who gave you her personal number just to ensure making the decision to go with them is safe and a good choice. She won't answer the phone or respond to a text. The guy that bills you does and he apologizes and refunds your money but then the attorney calls a day and a half later and says what you need and want to hear just to have the financial department moment call you and tell you they're only going to charge you $2,000 for a single court appearance where you've pretty much already done everything yourself and then they will go from there. But that $2000 doesn't guarantee they'll even appear in the first place. This place is only out there for the money is what it seems like to me and if the reviews I read aren't true then the my didn't do a very good job of proving them wrong. I'm in a custody battle and my kids are my life. This is definitely not the type of law firm I want to put my kids lives and future in the hands of. Been trying to get a hold of my attorney about changing my custody order. We started the process and recently found out I need other things changed so have been trying to contact them to go over a few things. won't answer calls and emails. they responded to my first email saying they would call me later that day and still nothing. on top of that they sent over paperwork for me to sign and return. After several weeks of not hearing anything I called and they said they never received it. Which should have been instant due to everything being emailed. But they never let us know that it never came through. Needless to say I will be finding a new attorney I can actually talk to and will be fighting for my money back. read more

Do not use this service!! Our sensitive information got leaked and the services stated in the contract was not honored! If I could give them 0 stars I would! Hopefully my review prevents someone from making the same mistake I did! So my first interaction should've been an indication, I set up an appointment date and paid the consulting fee. The time came but I didn't receive a call, so after I called and enquired I was told the attorney was no longer available and that my fee will be refunded and a call will be scheduled again. An attorney called me and I explained my situation and asked all the questions I wanted to. After that very brief call I was forwarded to the finance department. At the time of my call where I signed the documents I was on my way to my wedding, halfway between NJ and TN. Once I arrived I saw that the consulting fee was deducted once again. The lawyers that my case got assigned to was CARE Law Group, based out of CA. They reached out to me and I explained that I am waiting for the marriage license, while we waited for that they sent me and my husband a long questionnaire which is basically all the questions asked on the legal forms forms for the immigration process. We filled it out and sent them everything they requested and once we received the marriage license we sent that over too. So about a week after sending all the documents they sent us the documents to review, this email contained ALL of our personal information and instead of copying my husband in the email they copied a complete stranger! I then emailed the attorney with a whole list of corrections (which was basically just a copy and paste exercise which is a task they failed successfully) and I also raised my concern about a stranger now having all of our details. I received no response, instead the next email I received from them was a corrected version of the forms. I then requested feedback regarding my concern and was told that he would check with his paralegal and it was probably just someone in the office. I sent some more errors that needed to be corrected. They then confirmed the address that the paperwork was supposed to be sent to, I confirmed the address that my document packet needed to be sent to but stated that any USCIS documents needed to be sent to my husband since I would be moving to TN. Once I received the corrected files I asked about my concern once again and I received the following response: "As noted, we cc office staff that work on the matters.  I have advised all recipients to destroy all documents if it was not within the scope of their work.". I then informed him that I was not convinced that this was the case since the incorrect recipient had the same name as my husband. This was the response I received: "I can understand your concern, and I can assure you all is well.  No information is compromised.". I was also told the paperwork would be sent to me that week and that I would receive instructions on what to do next, which I never received. After a week of waiting for my paperwork I asked for a tracking number but did not receive a response. With having so many issues and no acceptable answers from the lawyer, I contacted Marble and explained that I wasn't getting feedback regarding my paperwork and also that my information had been compromised by the lawyers and I was told someone would contact me within 72 business hours. After that time period had gone by and I still haven't received a call, I called them once again. During this call I was told that the law firm had updated my case to closed and they didn't think a call was necessary anymore. I then explained that my information was still compromised and according to the contract the lawyers are still supposed to assist with any legal questions I had in preparation for my visa interview, considering I don't even have an appointment date yet the case shouldn't be closed (in addition to them not even fulfilling the promises made before this happened). I was told someone would investigate the compromised information, I later received a call confirming my suspicions, the person that received all of our sensitive information was in fact not an employee of the law firm! Fast forwarding to the ripple effect of the lawyers messing up the addresses on the paperwork I now have to travel from TN back to NJ for my biometrics interview. So not only has my entire experience been a waste of money it is still costing me more money but make no mistake they are NEVER late taking their payments! I should probably add that I was given a $800 discount for the inconvenience caused by our personal information being sent to strangers.. read more

This is the worst mistake. When you pay the $50 consultation fee and $200 deposit you barely hear from anyone. However, the sales person is saying all the things the lawyer can do and even though it's scope of practice situation they still were shoddy in communicating. I was quoted one price then later I'm told it's another price. Horrible experience and I wish I never did business with this company. Marble Law offers a payment plan so I reached out. Spoke to one of the managing attorneys and he was great so I signed with them. After being paid $11,000.00 they assigned my case to an attorney who doesn't work for Marble but has a contract with them. That attorney did absolutely nothing and continued to request more money and also kept trying to persuade me to settle. I could have settled before I paid Marble's fees. She never filed my response to the court and left me fighting against my husband's attorney on my own. The case was so simple that even without an attorney I still wan't losing so with an attorney this case could have easily been over with. My calls weren't been returned by anyone except my newly assigned case manager, no responses to text messages, and I was even hung up on whenever I requested to speak to the finance department. They did issue a full refund but I had to send out several emails and contact the bank that financed the loan and ask them to dispute the arrangement. I left a review on a different site but Marble is working nonstop to have that review removed after I refused to edit or delete it. Attorney fees can be expensive but I recommend finding ways to pay an attorney up front who's going to actually work on your case. If I could give a negative star review I would. DO NOT go through Marble Law if you care about what you are fighting for. We had my stepson taken away and moved hours away by his mother against the court order. We had my stepson for June and July so we decided to hire a layer to enforce the geographical restriction we have on the court order BEFORE the move was completed. We hired an attorney by the name of Judy Sutton on June 8, 2022. Within the week we sent her the court order to review and notified her that the mother was going to be moving in July. She informed us to keep my stepson for July as the court order stated. SHE DID NOT FILE ANY MOTIONS UNTIL AUGUST!! After knowing that this was time sensitive and all she could so was apologize as she knew she messed up. We constantly emailed her for updates and called and sent text messages. She would take days to get back and so we reached out to Marble caseworkers. Mother moved on August 1st after we had to give him back for the end of our parenting time and nothing was filed until August 5th! After a TRO was issued, it never served because she didn't live here anymore. The court date could not go through since they had trouble serving her and come to find out SHE FILED THE PAPERWORK INCORRECTLY USING THE WRONG DATE OF BIRTH FOR MY STEPSON!!!. It has been over TWO WEEKS since we have heard from the lawyer. We called the caseworker Nakia last Wednesday and she informed us she would reach out to Judy and follow up with us in a few days. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK with no answer from anyone. This company seems to be quick to get you signed up and then you are left confused and lost and without your child. MARBLE LAW SHOULD NOT EXIST AT LEAST FOR FAMILY LAW!!! Now we have lost $8000 for the most incompetent lawyer. They should not have lawyers who do not have time for their clients! Hands down the worst experience of my life. My daughter has been kept from me for a year. My divorce and child custody were all I needed. It started with David Castro being a complete and utterly useless individual. Between him and his paralegal they kept mixing up my paperwork. So has anybody had problems with there billing. They gave me richard hogan as my attorney litsrally he did absolutely nothing for my case kept telling me all the motions hed file would get denied over something stupid like the ink was blue or something was mispelled or this and that. I found out the only motion he filed was 170.6 to have the judge changed because he kept denying the motions that werent filed. Another issue i kept giving him a counter offer for the da and he never even tried i ended up with a pd furst court date he gave the da my offer and they took it. He completely didnt show up to one of my court dates made me look stupid when the judge asked me where he was and i didnt know. He was extremely rude and Unprofessional when he talked to my mother every other word was f-this or f-that. Then to top it off he literally came into the back holding cell of the court house and talked to me and asked if i minded if he resigned from the case because he didnt think he could represent me fairly because the judge didnt like him. I asked him about 5 different times if i would get a full refund and he continuously reassured me that yes i would. So i told him yea that was fine as long as i got my money back when we went into court he asked the judge if he could resign and the judge asked why and he said because he had to drive up to me and the judge asked if he would be okay with zoom and he said yes thats fine he could continue. Then at my next court date hed filed the 170.6 motion to disqualify the judge and he asked to resign again and the judge asked if hes resigning if if he still wanted to file the motion and he said no and i let him resign thinking i was gonna get a full refund. I was in jail for 9 mo i literally couldnt get ahold of him for the first 6 months i was there because he wouldnt call the jail and register his number as a private number. Now on to marble there billing is sketchy so my total overall was 11,000 and i had it down to like 7600 but they tried to say that i only had 1 payment of 1800 on dec 14 and they told me if i had bank statements to prove the others then they can work with me i found 2 other payments on my bank statements one for 925 and another for like 834 one on 8/16 and 6/10 and the lady told me that there was an issue that my payments got combined but online on marble those 2 payments were completely gone. And i tried to tell her if they added it all up it came out to exactly 11,000 and she proceeded to tell me i was wrong. Then she tried to say that they just started with a new billing system and then told me since my attorney resigned that my contract total had changed without even giving me notice witch is bs because they never even tried having me sign a new contract. Another problem ive had with them is from jan 11,14, 17th they tried charged my card for $4171.00 then jan 20,23,26,28,31 feb,3,6,9,12,15, 18th they tried to charge me $5015 they charged my card every 3 day from jan-aug and the 2 payments i proved with bank statements werwnt even on there. Honestly there is so much more wrong with this company. DONT CHOOSE MARBLE. i am giving you better advise than any of there shady lawyers its 100% a shady firm, they tried to say they didnt keep record of payments. I retained this office sometime ago for my divorce. I had an initial consultation and have been making monthly payments. I never heard back from the attorney I consulted with. After many emails and calls and waiting, she finally responded saying she was no longer my attorney. How can an attorney drop your case and not let you know? Nobody seems to know what's happening with my case or who the new attorney is. I continue to send emails to find out about my case and a case manager responded stating that they would get back to me and they never did. This situation is causing me a lot of grief and it is an expense. The situation is unprofessional. That's what I got for $3100 + ingest on the loan. I was informed today that's all they're doing for me unless I pay more money. I initially reached out to Marble mid June regarding a family law matter. I wish that I had read reviews outside of their website. All communication with Marble has been initiated by me. When I called or emailed, a "ticket" was created and I was told that I would hear back from someone within 3 days. I would call numbers after someone calling me back (told each time it was their direct line) same voicemail no matter what phone number. I was told in my initial contact that I would have a Marble team to support me. After a few frustrating days of leaving messages, 2 people called back to go over the process and address my concerns. The primary concern was that my attorney was over 4 hours away from where I lived. Since my hearing is virtual, that wouldn't be a problem except that I was told by Heather, the initial attorney I spoke with in Texas that she could not represent me because she is out of the area. Doesn't make sense. I was told my attorney would reach out with 48 hours but I had to call and leave a message with Marble that I had not heard from her. She did send an email with a questionnaire in which I was told must be completely filled out prior to any communication. I did what I could, but also waited 3 days to get an answer to a question from Marble. I spoke with my attorney for 5 minutes. Since then I have sent emails and copied everyone, as requested. Never even received a confirmation of receipt. I did get 2 emails reminding me to copy everyone. I have also been told that my attorney is busy and gets a lot of emails or phone calls. Yesterday, after spending 3 days trying to find out what time and day I would finally talk with my attorney, I was told she call me between 1-2 today, Saturday. I explained that my son had a tournament all weekend but I could talk at 12 before our next game. I waited in the car from a little before 12 to 12:45. She did call at 12:22 but it must have gone straight to voicemail due to being out of range. She tried again at 12:51, but I was already with the players. She left a message that she was busy the rest of the day, did her part but I didn't answer, and she would have to talk with me Tuesday before morning hearing. How can you prepare to adequately represent someone? I had previously expressed my concerns and Robin and Misty assured me all would be okay and they were part of my "team" available to assist me. I have not heard from either since. Paige, who came on the scene last week has communicated with me and uploaded things on my behalf but everything else has been terrible. If I had known, that this is how this process would be, I never would have used Marble. I want a full refund of my $2000. I am the only one working on my behalf. read more

My husband hired Marble Law in November 2021 for a civil as well as a criminal law case (DUI). He signed papers and they started drafting funds. They jumped on the civil case which was eventually dropped. The criminal case however was a huge failure from the beginning. Lawyer didn't go on record until February. There has been NO arraignment, NO Pre-Trial. We offered a plea which was NOT taken to the court. We contacted Marble Law July 2022 to get new representation. New lawyer called maybe twice and we haven't heard from him since. Now they are dropping us as a client and we still have NO resolution with the courts resulting in a suspended license. Do not use this company as they take advantage of people in their most lowest time, I had to do my own paperwork and file it for a divorce that would have been late! Never signed any paperwork for the divorce that was completed and I am being charged $750 because I notarized paperwork terminating them. I did not hear anything on my case once all the paperwork was turned to be advised they where working on it until I terminated them with a notarized paper. 50 had already been paid for a consultation which I agree should be paid but to make me pay when they know a divorce is already a financial hit changing money statuses along with the emotional roller coaster I am already dealing with is NOT okay. Please save yourself the grief and hire an actual lawyer. The only reason anyone goes with this company is they advise you to do a loan unlike a true lawyer so you can make it payments easier on yourself because a lot of us do not have the income to hire lawyers! Our experience with them was horrible. The lawyer that we signed with quit the firm and we were reassigned a new lawyer who made NO effort to understand our case. They were impossible to get a hold of and they failed to meet our needs. As soon as they completed the scope and sequence they charged us with a bill that didn't match the services we were given. This is the most unresponsive and unprofessional law firm. Dealing with their customer service is the most challenging part. With the lack of communication with attorneys and paralegals and the bare minimum of help from customer service, take your money elsewhere. You will wait 1-3 business days for any concern, then never receive a call. Then when you call back, it's another 1-3 business days, and the circle repeats. I constantly call about the same issues and get the same cookie-cutter answer. No supervisor can help, and customer service is the only number not to receive help. It may be affordable, but you get what you pay for. Take your money to a more professional firm because Marble Law is anything but professional. You already deal with many stressors needing legal help, but dealing with this company makes it 100 times worse. Based on the reviews I'm glad that no more of my time was wasted. I spoke with someone named Zach. instead of it being an interview it felt like an interrogation. After telling him about harassing text messages at my job he argued me that I never mentioned that. When I asked to speak to someone over him he said he was the highest up then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't help me because of the details provided, which was discrimination on my race and religious beliefs. This is my third time reviewing. This place is the absolute worst! DO NOT USE THIER SERVICE! I decided to go with them thinking it would be ok, it took forever for them to do anything! And the lawyer they set me up with, Andrea Cartwright was so unprofessional. Any time I asked a question she had an attitude. I called to see about getting another lawyer, because she was very rude and I asked about submitted text msgs and everything went left. Then I get a call from this company saying the lawyer said "she's just unable to help you and you will be unhappy with everything so there's nothing else we can do" I literally was only asking how to submit text msgs and the Ms. Cartwright apparently didn't want to do the work. Then she finally made my motion to the court, but i no longer have representation because now they are saying they refuse to. If there was a way to submit the emails between me and this lawyer I would. I was not in ANY way mean, or just complaining for nothing. So for them to do this is ridiculous. I was told once I was to get my court date they would set me up with another lawyer. Except when I did, I only received an email saying they won't. This place is awful.
