My attorney Adrianna attended my emergency hearing the first week hired for a temporary restraining order hearing...after hired on for that and beginning a divorce case with children...the case went cold....it was days weeks months of texting her emailing and calling needing my case desperately to be worked, I was persuaded it was a dangerous case and would be handled as fast as possible which was not the case at all. I sold my home my everything being told this would make the divorce easier having everything split I did my work and the court filing and dates never came. I was told my case was "lost" multiple times and was blamed on the courthouse...come to find out it's quit an easy thing to do myself. Finally got a court date for November, mind you hired her in March...father and I had split everything at this point, we had agreed on spousal and child support amounts, we're co-parenting in separate homes. Adriana never properly served the other party for our court appearance, it was called for a different date by the judge for Adriana to properly serve him the court date appearances...she sent them and then immediately after I was terminated as a client and expected to represent myself at my court hearing a week before Christmas! I showed up with my children's father and told the judge about how marble law had used and abused the system and that we just wanted to be divorced finally, and that we were done with marble law making our divorce more complicated than it needed to be...we were able to come to agreements with the judge right then and there on the custody and divorce within 45 min we were divorced. DONT GIVE UP GO FILE YOURSELF if needed, the courthouses provide public assistance in the library at the courthouse and can direct you in the right way! AND REMEMBER RESEARCH IF YOU HIRE A LAWYER AND DONT HIRE MARBLE!!!!!!!!! N O M A R B L E
