Ķisim Ceviche with king crab and stone crab
    Edward S.

MarBella is a fish market on the western coast of Isla Mujeres by the sea. There are beautiful curtains enclosing your private dining area right on the sand by the daybeds. You can select any fish from the market, and they can cook it in a variety of methods. Omario Tiradito: Tiradito is an adaptation of sashimi to suit the Mexican palette. Hogfish (boquinete, a type of wrasse) is thinly sliced and topped with butter mixed with Japanese spices (togarashi) and jalapeño peppers. Kisim Ceviche: This is premium ceviche with king crab, stone crab, onions, lemon juice, cilantro, and serrano peppers. Robayo: A whole snook (robayo) is fried and served with guajillo salsa, garlic sauce, and a creamy pasta. Grab chunks of firm delicate fish, add some savory and spicy habanero sauce, and eat it all in a tortilla. The Helado de Elote is corn cake ice cream. It's definitely an uncommon flavor. It starts off normal, like a typical vanilla, and then the corn flavor becomes more prominent. Somehow, the corn flavor really works well in ice cream.

This place was amazing!! Had their fried rice, with fried fish, with two different types of steak cuts, Ranchera, prime. The gentleman that attended our family were super patient with the kids. Which was a huge plus for us!

Yes!!! This is the place you've been looking for and the food you needed, trust me! You will want to eat here! Service is great and the food is unbelievably good. You can choose your fish or lobster. I ordered grilled shrimp with Tostones and my husband had the grilled grouper with tostones.. we were a party of 4, so for the table we ordered grilled octopus and let me tell you something, that was the best octopus I've ever had. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and they brought out this warm, gooey Brownie with a side of ice cream. The brownie was amazing! Wow! Eat here... you will love it!

Seafood platter, with three types of shrimp and spicy shrimp, and lobster.

Came here on the recommendation of a local. Upscale seafood ambience. My first flag should have been the lack of prices on their menu. I should have walked out, then. They claimed they didn't have a menu for drinks but offered the drinks. They also showed us a menu of appetizers and small dishes. Also, no prices listed. We asked beforehand how much this platter would cost and they stated a price that was roughly $100 for the platter. The plate turned out to be way more than that. We had the platter, one alcoholic drink, one refreshment and a guacamole appetizer for $200. We left a tip and the waiter seemed disappointed that I left only 10%. If he had been honest I would've left my customary 20% or more. What made it worse was the lobster was overcooked and the spicy shrimp (their specialty) was fried so much that it was tough like pork skins. I would not recommend this place, at all.

Marbella Cancun is one of my favorite spot in Cancun! When I visited the Goddess Ixchel sanctuary in Panta Sur, I surprisedly found out there is Marbella seafood beach club only six minutes away from Punta Sur. The sauce is same with Cancun location, The seafood is very fresh, the view more beautiful than Cancun location. Must order the shrimp with spicy garlic sauce !!! The octopus was a little hard this time but still perfect ! I love Marbella & this location just gorgeous!!!

The rice is amazing. Came here for my birthday and we walked next door where they had the buffet and it was just not our taste at all. Came to the dining area where it's next door sat in the upper floor, where it's more quiet, chill, there are fans and great service. I highly recommend the shrimp rice was brilliant. Tasty and very filling

Not cheap, but worth every penny!! Friendly and attentive service from wait staff and management. Fresh seafood and a beautiful setting with amazing views. Then you start eating and it's even better. Ceviche is seafood packed and comes with delicious accompaniments. Creamy guacamole with a great flavor. The langoustines in Marabella sauce is now in the top 10 of best dishes I've ever eaten in my entire life. Its not overly spicy but there is a little kick, usually I veer away but it was so good I couldn't not eat it. I devoured the entire plate while my lips tingled away. Hubby got butter garlic fish which he thoroughly enjoyed. Cooked to perfection with a beautiful flavor. This was our favorite overall on the island but, we couldn't go broke on the vacation so we only went once.

I absolutely love this place when headed to isla mujeres ! Its perfect for pulling up in a yacht/Boat they have their own docking. They arent as cheap but the food in my opinion is great! I love ordering the seafood fried rice it always hits the spot ! The service is excellent they can place fans for you , plenty of tables on the beach. I personally love this spot for my kids they love playing in the beach area , which is very clear and nice. Flies do come like any outdoor place but i personally bring a small fan i keep on the table for my plate. If you have one thats portable you can bring id bring it so your more comfortable.

My fiancé brought me here for a late lunch during a visit to Isla Mujeres. It's on the south end of the island so a taxi or rented golf cart is your best bet. A little off the beaten path but don't be alarmed. The restaurant is well maintained and a wonderful service staff. This is a fish market format where you order your protein and then how you want it prepared. We had a beautiful 2.2 kg lobster that we had prepared three ways. A bisque, with pasta and finally a grilled half with butter and garlic. Flavors were out of this world. Well worth the 1150 pesos a KG. On the water facing west so a sunset dinner I'm sure would impress.

Definitely five stars! The drinks were amazing! The fish was very unique, sweet, sour, and savoy. Loved their salsas too. Especially the very spicy one. The views on the second floor were spectacular!!

It's definitely on the more upscale side of things and most of the menu is in Spanish and service was all in Spanish but you should be able to get what you want. The ambiance is a slightly dimly lit bar and the food prices are definitely higher than most places here but it's worth it. Tostada de atun (Tuna Tostada): 10/10 Very good fish. Has a very steak-like texturre and delicious. Quesadilla langosta (Lobster Quesadilla): 10/10 Lovely! My friend ordered it and it was fantastic. Price is fairly high since it's more upscale but was creamy and meaty. Raviolli Langosta (Lobster Ravioli): My friend ordered 4 Tacos but since most of them had shrimp and I'm allergic I didn't have those, but it was good according to them. Overall, lovely place, food was good and highly recommended!
