- NO PRICES, not even incorrectly written or changed - YOU SIMPLY DO NOT KNOW how much anything you are ordering costs! And let me tell you - $40 for guac and chips; $40 for ceviche; $25 for a very small serving of cheesecake.
- the fish is sold by weight (even though they prepare it), so you don't actually know how much you will pay for your order in terms of money per unit of food.
Now, we had a great server, very attentive and kind. His name was Vlad. I couldn't be happier with his attitude towards us. We also truly enjoyed everything we ordered (chocolate clams were SUPER FRIESH and large; blue fin and hamachi sashimi were outstanding, and even guacamole and chips were above average. I must say - the cheesecake, too, was fantastic. The view and the atmosphere were lovely as well. And had we known the prices, and not were surprised by a $300 USD tab (yes, the server requests for you to add a tip on top of the bill), I would still eat there, but knowingly. And I must say - I'd enjoy my food even more, most likely.
P.S. we didn't have any drinks, not even water (we weren't offered any). We didn't have alcohol. Our order was: 12 chocolate clams; 6 pieces of blue fin; 3 pieces of hamachi; 6 prawns; 1 guacamole with shrimp; 1 ceviche; 1 order of cheesecake. Total: $5987 pesos
