So when I am thinking about a taxi company I'm thinking about a company that's local that provides good service with good drivers and decent vehicles. When I went looking for a taxi company in Scottsdale I immediately noticed that Scottsdale Cab company had plenty of reviews and that they had been around for quite some time and had a track record of providing good service. I felt that would be the safest route to take and boy was I right. The taxi that arrived was clean the driver was very well dressed and polite and the car actually got to my residence about 15 minutes early. The driver knocked on my door and assisted me with my luggage and we got to the airport with plenty of time to spare. And just so you know I gave the driver a huge tip because I really appreciate the excellent service that I received from Scottsdale Cab Company.

I was actually pleasantly surprised because the driver who showed up was clean and polite and professional and in fact he was early for his pick up. There were bottles of water in the taxi and to my surprise they were also little bags of candy treats. All of these little things really made a big difference in terms of service. But honestly the fact that I had a Clean taxi that was on time with a driver who was polite and professional really made my day. Also special thanks to the wonderful dispatcher who went out of his way to help me out.

They said they could not give me an ETA until a driver was available. I scheduled 6:30 allowing an extra 30 min to make our flight. I ended up getting an Uber and the aid arrived over 30 min late. I could not be more upset. All they had to do was tell me they couldn't guarantee they'd be there at 6:30! Terrible business!!

We rented this bus for my sister-in-law's 50th birthday party and it did not disappoint. Sound system was great as we rocked out to our personal Spotify playlist. Absolutely loved and utilized both stripper poles. Probably not wise considering all of us were in our 40s and 50s. Once in a while, you gotta toss caution to the wind and just go wild. They had plenty of water and ice on board and they greeted us with birthday balloons and a carpet for the birthday girl to enter the vehicle. There were only 10 of us along with a cooler that we brought and some food but it could've easily have accommodated 18 to 20. This business could not have been any easier to deal with. We used them during our Spring Break trip to Scottsdale for airport pickup/drop off as well as an all day trip. We had a late arrival and had our daughter in tow, I was very pleased to land and immediately get a text from the driver that they were there and ready when we were. The communication was very good and we grabbed our bags and met them at the door. Heather was our driver and she was such a joy. She's also a parent and I think she recognized that it had been a long day. She interacted with our five year old during the 30 minute ride to our hotel and we were really grateful for that. She also picked us up when our trip ended and remembered our daughters name and that she needed a booster seat. We also had a driver for a jeep tour that we did and had them for about 7 hours. Our driver was Sam and he was very kind and helpful. When we arrived for our tour it was a little confusing where we needed to be and Sam hopped out and went to figure it out for us. He also helped us with finding a place to eat. We didn't expect the tour to run as late as it did and while we were out he researched some places we could quickly get into without a reservation. That was such a great help and unexpected. There was a lot of driving involved and we ended up keeping Sam for longer than expected but it was all handled smoothly and it was so great that we could relax and let him handled getting us around. We later learned that he had purchased a booster seat for his vehicle when he learned our daughter would need one. It's this kind of thoughtfulness that really made our trip to Scottsdale memorable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

This company is terrible. Called them twice and both times extremely late. When going to airport…read morethat is not good.
