As with all Walgreen's locations the prices here are a little higher and even more so on the alcohol and vitamin categories. I've really been impressed with the friendly employees here. They are sincere in their greetings and offers to assist. On my last visit I found a sale on body wash that was way cheaper than WalMart but I hadn't intended on getting more than two small items while there. The cosmetics employee asked if I needed a cart or basket and when I said a basket would be nice she ran to her register to get one. Truly focused on customer service. For the size of the store they pack a lot of selection in here. Everything is full and faced and well organized. Something other stores at this end of town can't say. Seasonal items seem fairly priced and the day after the season ends they offer deep discounts to move the rest of it out. After Christmas I found some real bargains and the quality of the merchandise was slightly better than other local stores. Currently they are full of Valentines stuff and have some great looking gifts. There is also an Easter section likely to grow after Valentines day. Having the only drive thru pharmacy in town is a huge benefit. Always better to keep the sick people out of the store, right? Even with prices slightly higher than the few stores in this area I'll be shopping here for the friendly employees and the fact I spend just 1/3 of the time getting the same stuff here as I would at the crazy and poorly stocked place across the street.

Maybe it was smoke break but store here is fairly sized and has modest restrooms. Great selection of drinks and Munchies as well. Free prices on gas as well. I do like that it's conveniently located right by the highway.

What drew me here was the fact gas was a full $.15 cents cheaper than the Family Express just off I65 at the expressway exit. Good gas prices are very important and this was the cheapest station between my home in Chicago and my destination in Lafayette, Indiana. Thank goodness for the mobile app Gas Buddy. The gas process went great. My pump worked well from the card reader to the flow out of the nozzle and the cleanliness of the pump and surrounding area. I was on my way to an impressive visit. Then I went inside. There is just one restroom for one person. Seems odd to not have at least two singles. There was a line of three people I waited in for my bathroom turn. Each person who came out either looked in distress or mentioned "It's bad in there". Well this was the filthiest restroom I've found in all of Indiana so far. The toilet seat had multiple things smeared on on the side of the toilet and on top of the seat, the water in the sink was freezing, and there was only a blower, no paper towels. So after washing and drying your hands you're forced to touch the super nasty door handle to get out making the act of washing your hands just useless. When I went directly to the clerk on duty to notify her of what was going on she replied "Yeah, I know". Really? Even as the only employee she could have locked the store and posted a sign "Back in less than two minutes" or something. I've worked many food and retail businesses and one restroom like that takes a minute to clean and sanitize. 60 or 120 seconds lasts a while if you really time it out. And knowing about the filth, being rude about it, and taking no action on it is just awful. The store portion of the station seems set up quite well. Full selection of drinks with soda, freezes, and coffees in great quantity. The donuts I picked up ended up being very stale and it was just after 11am. So while most things seemed clean and organized the restroom condition and attitude of the employee made this a rather unhappy experience.

When you get off the interstate you see a cheesy motel next to this place and a run down, abandoned gas station and 24 hour restaurant across the street. This gas station needed a makeover to keep up with the times and my boyfriend and I plan to travel through the area again in the summer, but we will not be stopping at this dump ever again. Go further down the road to where you can get clean bathrooms and decent food and lodging. I would give it minus one star for seriously pathetic.

Was rude about service and was talking bad about me to the pharmacy we were saying we were going to from now on. Very rude and very interruptive about everything. Poor service wouldn't recommend at all.
