Inside is very cramped and would be uncomfortable with more than 4 customers inside at the same time. Good price because it was a 2013 (bought it in 2021), had only 29k miles though, and it was a manual transmission. The process was simple and easy. I would have given them 5 stars, but the PRESSURE put on me AFTER the sale by the Finance Dept Warranty Saleman was beyond the pale. The stories of "what if's" this or that happens were hilarious. I don't live in fear of what MIGHT happen and felt a little belittled by that last part of the process. A simple question: "Would like to discuss warranty options with our Sales Dept?" would have sufficed. Because I would have said NO. Never, ever by extended warranties. It's fear-mongering.

I have bought a lot vehicles in my 46 years of driving but by far Shepherd's Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram was my best dealership experience. If a could them more than 5 stars I would.
