All for no apparent reason and it resonated in my mind long after I left the store. Is this how Circle K trains its associates to be rude and condescending to customers? If this associate was my employee the associate would be fired for rudeness to a customer - and fast. To me, I feel the associate was annoyed at the fact that he had to ring me up for gas but the associate needs to realize that there are customers such as me that do not use pay at the pump due to fraud concerns. After all, customer service and courtesy to customers is NOT an annoyance or an interruption. Instead, customer service and courtesy to customers is the future of not only Circle K, but of any business including convenience stores.

As a mom of a 1.5 year old the restroom I've seen my fair share of restrooms - this one was so clean, had a changing table and even a seat to hold the little one while you go to the bathroom. ...These seats are never seen in the states, only in Japan and Europe. This place has Elmo, and other Sesame Street character stuff animals and Winnie the Pooh. I got coffee and a stuffy, the manager was so nice and even gave our little guy stickers. What a place, seriously so unexpected... I even told the manager that this was the cleanest bathroom I've seen at a rest stop. Hats off to this place! It's also next to an oyster bar and Waffle House.

People say that Walmart is where to go to people watch but gas stations are my get down. With my New York plates, I'm stirrin some fur although I don't intend to, so the business photo was a hidden hip high quick flip n click and I'm surprised I hit the target at all. And if you've never been to a truckers gas station I recommend not only the outside but the inside where you can buy great items for your travels. Flashing reflective hazard alerts for emergency, tire inflators, gloves,jacks, jumper cables and do much more. And I e found that the gas is a bit cheaper than the big boys of the oil industry. Which reminds me, I'm reading Why Your World is About to Get a Whole Lot Smaller and it's totally freaking me out. We've used up almost all the world's oil.

I know you only really make money off inside purchases, however, your not getting an impulse buy out of a grumpy customer who's being forced to come in. I also got frustrated with the slow pump and only got half a tank of gas. I did actually think about getting a water until I saw it stacked up outside. Some of those cases are outside for more than a day baking in plastic, no thanks. Please store them inside.

But I have specifically spoken with Andrea one of the Pharmacists and I know I've spoken with a few others. A huge kudos to them and their staff. They have gone above and beyond several times for me. I am only one client. I am sure that they do this across the board for all of their clients which are probably in the thousands. The customer service experience at the pharmacy is unparalleled and outstanding. They have relentlessly contacted my physician in another state while I am tdy & dealing with medical issues with my parents for an indeterminate amount of time. They have made numerous phone calls about numerous issues and always, always followed up with me. Even when my cell phone provider, it inadvertently blocked all Costco's across the United States from being able to call or leave voicemail messages or text. They were still consistent and diligent, in going above and beyond on the behalf of myself. I cannot speak highly enough the pharmacy staff. For the rest of this costco... well it's typical costco.

We took a quick walk through the store before leaving, and like any other Costco, you can get food, healthcare items and household goods in excessive bulk. They also carry home furnishings, and the tire department sold a wide variety of tires as well as car batteries. Also, like every other Costcos, this place was packed with shoppers, I'm guessing you can go any of their operating hours, and find the store just as packed.
