She heard the whole conversation and was so embarrassed and apologetic. I was baffled and upset. This guy most definitely has a mental issues. Someone needs to address this before this guy attacks and harms somebody. This is a very nice neighborhood, it is a very upscale tourist destination, this place marks a very bad impression on the tourists. After pumping my gas, he wasn't able to print me a receipt for the $18.01 that I had pumped. But I had my original receipt for the $50 credit I paid him. He then showed me the screen on the register that didn't show my transaction. I had to leave to get to the airport. But I took a picture of the pump, the pump ID number, as well as the name and location of the store. I believe this is some sort of hustle by this guy. I reached out to their corporate offices who are now investigating my case.

Unpleasant Experience on My 25th Birthday…read more I had a really disappointing experience with a cashier named Tiffany at Tom Thumb/Cumberland Farms. I went in to buy THC drinks on my 25th birthday, and even though I was the one making the purchase and clearly over 21, Tiffany was openly rude and dismissive because my friend (who turns 25 tomorrow) didn't have her ID on her. We were polite the entire time, but she still raised her voice at us and refused the sale. We even went back to our rental house to grab both IDs, but when we returned, Tiffany continued to question us like we were trying to pass off fake IDs. I understand ID policies, but there was no need for the attitude or the way she treated us. It was an uncomfortable and upsetting way to start a birthday trip, and I hope management addresses how she speaks to customers.

The gas station was crazy crowded as it appeared to be one of the last gas stations you hit before hitting the backroads to leave Florida and enter Alabama. Pricing was about 15 cents cheaper a gallon than stations 30 miles out that we passed so a solid bargain. The pumps are setup at an angle which I think attributed to the backed up lines and difficult to maneuver traffic. Overall solid gas station that served its purpose for what we needed and was a bit cheaper than nearby places.
