This place has the worst customer service of any Gas Station in the state of Michigan. Never been to this station. The store advertises a discount on gas if you buy a car wash. Never done that before so decided to try it. Told the guy I didn't know anything about the car wash and asked how it works. He told me I had to go to a pump then prepay. I did that and paid for the car wash. After pumping my gas I drove in circles around the gas station ... No Car Wash! went in and asked where the carwash was. Turns out its up the street at a carwash franchise, also it was closed! Returned to Marathon Asked if they knew it was closed guy say "Yeah, so?" I asked why didn't you tell me? His response? "Why, it's Not my job to tell you if its open, oh well." I said I think that's really crappy customer service. it would have taken 2 seconds to tell me it was closed. His Response? "Not my problem, not my job, but hey you can use it for a month." Thanks to this Jerks attitude I will be avoiding all Marathon Stations read more

I stopped here for a slushee and they only had BLUE and RED. I got the red and it was not even good. DO NOT GET A SLUSHEE FROM HERE

What a dishonest business! Their sign for gas reads 10 cents less than it actually costs. You get the cheaper price only if you pay for a car wash. Completely misleading. I wouldn't go there again if gas were free. read more

I have stopped twice here in the morning to get gas and each time got charged a dollar extra for getting gas at the pump,each time "sorry i cant help you" never get gas here again.:( read more

I worked for this place for about a month and was treated worst than a pitbull in a fighting ring. I was told that corporate rules stated I was never allowed breaks including to use the restroom or eat. I was only put on weekend shifts alone during rush hour and thrown in register after only 32 hours out training. Never given an employee handbook didn't even pass the online tests needed to work there. Many days I worked were hot and busy and caused me to become terribly dehydrated and ill. The inability to use the restroom caused several urinary tract infections. The constant pressing of 9 hour days without any breaks for food or water inn the heat working long lines by myself also caused many issues with my mental health resulting in thoughts of suicide while working alone. I believe that any human thrown inn these conditions would likely suffer similarly and I know I am not the first employee to quit because of the cruel treatment and unsafe work environment as well as the company's general disregard for the safety or sanity of its employees. I would never suggest that someone shop here or even get gas, Meijer treats its employees far better. I wouldn't honestly want to support a company that treated its employees that terribly let alone support a place that looked at everyone as if they were so easily expendable because that makes the customer expendable. I now need several months of therapy as well as possibly hospitalization because of the damage that was done to me physically and emotionally at this job. It's taken months to even be able to be fully comfortable leaving home alone again. I spent weeks asking people out it was alright to use the restroom our eat food or drink water. I still have suicidal thoughts and now I can't afford a good doctor or therapist (not like I could WITH the job considering I only made $64 a week after my first week of $200) I was never able to press charges because technically they did nothing illegal and I never got any sort of compensation and now I have to find another job, get over my now fear of working (this was my first job) my treat of being treated so poorly again, and I may need several months of therapy.
