This helps create a sometimes competitive environment for gas prices. Like the Shell station in my neighborhood it has a convenience store that also offers Chester's chicken. I have not had a reason to go into the store as I have not experienced any problems at the pumps. With the number of pumps available I rarely have to wait for an open pump to pull up to. Kroger fuel points and the Fuel Rewards discounts are accepted here. It's really conveniently placed next to The Rookwood Commons, and a bunch of other shopping and restaurants. It's really clean all of the time. When they are packed, they still get the line down and everyone out the door in a timely matter. The gas is always cheaper than it is anywhere else downtown or in Newport. The best part of this gas station is that they have a whole freezer of Dippin Dots. YES, DIPPIN DOTS. Don't act like you didn't just get excited. The only issue with this place is it can be sometimes hard to get out of when Edwards and Madison are busy. It's probably the worse intersection for a gas station.

I usually note gas prices while driving because they can vary a lot on Colerain Avenue. This station is one to keep track of for possible lower prices. It is conveniently located at the big intersection of Colerain and North Bend Road where there is a traffic light. As it is on lower Colerain Avenue the traffic is not as bad as it can get further up the road so accessing the station is usually easy to do. The station has a lot of pumps to pull up to so having to wait is not usually necessary. The price of gas here is often a little bit lower and seems to be in competition with several other stations just up the road. I never have any trouble paying at the pump so I do not have to go into the store. It has been quite a while since I've entered the store so I'm not reporting on it now. Huge Kroger always packed with terrible parking. Annoying musicians playing to Karens drinking at…read morethe wine bar. They literally announce calls waiting for customer service at blasting volume every 10 seconds over the PA. You can't even think because it is so loud and annoying. You overpay for all your food. The carts are all janky. You scan your own items at checkout while some idiot stands there watching you and points out how you're not doing their job right. Wait for an eternity at the deli. Did I mention it's so crowded and Kaye's out weird that you will be running into people with your carts? Anxiety ridden consumerism at its worst. Use their pickup option instead and avoid this place!

Weird little gas station. It used to be a Swifty for years before selling to Sunoco. It's…read moreconveniently immediately off the Lateral, but it's a tight pumps/parking lot and awkward entry/exit. At peak times there's often a line since there are only four pumps. They are open until 9pm so far as I can tell, and they pump the gas until 8pm. They give a 3c cash discount last I checked. The convenience store part is very tiny but they have a few beers. They often do their own thing price-wise. Sometimes, they're 20c cheaper or more expensive for days.
