I drove up to the window, a red-haired girl took the bag but told me to wait. She came back, handed it back and said "You have to bring these in the store and dispose of them yourself." No apology or explanation. I figured it was due to the pandemic but who knows. I come inside and immediately a tall man with glasses and dark hair barked at me that the prescriptions have to be labeled and I have to put them in the disposal box myself. Again, no, "Good morning, can I help you?" or any kind of customer service. Then he kept ordering me to tell him whether they were liquid or pills and when I tried to answer he would talk over me telling me to put the containers in the bin myself, which I was trying to do amid all his other loud directions. He was a real class act, and I was obviously an interruption to their day. CVS might want to consider some better customer service training especially when people are trying to do the right thing (disposing of unused medications) during a very difficult period. If someone is disposing of medication, it may mean the person/pet it was for is no longer alive. Real caring staff at this place...go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being!

Went in a time before and a lady in the photo dept. Told me how to get a great app. For downloading phots remote to their dept. Took my camera card in to print a few enlargements. ......started ....download and their main printing machine did a fubar. I said I'd pick them up later. Got a call from cvs that they were ready. NO CHARGE. That's a sure way to get my repeat business. Take care of the customer asap.

Hilltop Carryout in Williamsburg is selling counterfeit vapes specifically the Mr. Fog brand. I…read morerealized this when I opened the package & my banana ice cream vape tasted like burnt buttered popcorn. I immediately went to Mr. Fog website & ran the verification code & it popped up an immediate message stated that it WAS a counterfeit product(shown below). I returned the product to the store & they refused to give me a refund & told me to come back later when the owner was there. I called this morning to see if the owner was there, they stated that he was & when I got to the store 20 minutes later, he was conveniently "gone for the day". They are also selling to minors. Not to mention, their customer service SUCKS!
