This was my first time visiting GOASIS. I stopped inside to use the toilet and then I bought petrol/gas at BP. The gas station store (inside) is very clean and big. The female restroom was well maintained. Customer service in the store was friendly as I interacted with a male gas station attendant. They sell prepared foods such as salads, snacks, drinks, and other miscellaneous items. I love that they also sell fresh chocolate and toffee by the weight. In addition to the general store, there is also a Starbucks, Popeyes, and Pizza Hut inside the main GOASIS store. Where to begin with these people...... We did not choose Ferrellgas but sort of inherited them as…read moreour propane supplier when we bought our most recent house which happened to have their tank in place. Over the course of 4 years we were treated to marginally responsive customer service (and that's when we could get someone to actually answer the phone), a litany of ever-increasing surcharges for everything, and of course there's the severe price gouging we were treated to last winter during the propane shortage. We placed our propane order with them last winter when our tank was at 35% (which is about the normal threshhold). At that point gas was still around $2.40 a gallon. Typically, whenever we ordered gas we had to pay UP FRONT and then not see a delivery for several weeks after. In the case of last winter, I called and placed the order and then two weeks went by with no-show. I tried calling and the phone would just ring and ring. No answer, no voicemail, nothing. I called several times during the day, every day, same result. Meanwhile I watched our gas drop lower and lower and started sweating bullets that we would run out of gas during the coldest winter in 40 years. During that timeframe the "propane shortage" popped up causing prices to surge. After 4 weeks, the truck finally showed up. We were at about 3% in the tank. We got a half fill but were given an amended bill at $4.10 a gallon instead of the $2.40, along with their usual surcharges, so a half fill ended up costing us well over $1,000, more than we normally paid for a full fill to 80%. Not surprisingly, when I called them the next day they were answering their phones again. Evidently, during the "shortage" they simply didn't feel like talking to upset customers, so they responded by ignoring the phone. There was also about $75 worth of gas in their tank that WE paid for from its previous fill, when they came to pick it up and they still had the nerve to bill me $40-$50 for tank rent AFTER getting back $75 worth of gas that had already been paid for. This is still a sore point with me. For their crappy customer service, ever-rising prices, and especially how they treated us last winter, we dumped them and went with another propane provider, Suburban. Would I recommend Ferrellgas to friends, family, or acquaintances? Only if I don't mind those friends, family, or acquaintances being upset with me later on for doing so. Maybe some people have good experience with these people. We, unfortunately, did not. Gave them a chance for 4 years and they were very indifferent as far as how they treated us as a customer. We actually got the feeling they couldn't have cared less if we were a customer. Not a good way to keep loyal customers, Ferrellgas. That's a big reason why you lost THIS customer.

Stop here to get gas on father's day this last time and I don't use the self check outs it charges…read moremy bank multiple times had issues many times with it I can go in to the other circle k around ashland and it is not a problem to not use them this one the cashier uses the main reg for the customers before me and once I get up there he tried to force me to use the self check out this has been multiple times this has happened I tried talking to Manger of the store over this issue and I get no response he's very rude and Discriminate again me every time I have to stop in there I even called the corporate number and yet have not gone anywhere yet I been talking to a attorney over this matter and may end going down that road it sad I really don't care for it to turn this way but if people can't do there job then I believe they shouldn't be in this store anymore.

I'm excited for the nostalgia as I'm grabbing my hot dog and this lady walks past me, stops to look at me, looks me up and down with the nastiest look on her face. I'm like um okay?? And she goes over to grab her items (chips or something) and when she walks past me a second time to go to the cashier she does the same thing! Slows down, slowly looks me up and down, nasty look, walks away. Okay so this bitch has a problem with me and for what i literally just walked in here. I turn to my brother and i loudly explain the situation and suddenly she doesn't have a problem anymore. While she's walking out she's yelling something to the guy behind the counter and leaves. But then she comes back about a minute later and is yelling to him more about some boxes in the corner. I think this chick is just some crackhead and that's when i notice her shirt is embroidered with the circle k logo. This chick is a manager here. Then I walk out with my brother after we check out and she's hanging out in the parking lot. Idk if she was gonna try something or what but we got out of there fast. I didn't quite catch her name I think it was Patty or Pam but this chick is older than dirt, graying like it's her occupation, saggy in the front and nonexistent in the back.
