I was greeted, and felt welcomed the moment I walked in. The vibe was relaxing, and the place was very organized, and clean. Moe Moss was the Barber who cut me, and did very well. The shop is close to the home of the Miami Dolphins (Hard Rock Stadium) when I visit Miami again I will be going back, and hopefully catching a game. All would be paid by the Church. When I walked in no one was in the shop except one customer and a Barber chatting. I looked around and then I was greeted by a skinny brother with a bald head & beard that went by the name of "P" if I recall correctly. I asked how much to clean up my son's sides as he rocks a fade. Wasn't a lot of work to be done as my son had his hair cut the week prior by another prospective Barbershop, I was scouting. Mr. "P" replied he could do it for about $10, so I was like bet. Then he told me, "oh your going to have to wait because I do not have my clippers with me due to him just returning from vacation, but my son will be bringing them to me soon." I was like ok cool. Waited about 30mins and he had yet to get his clippers. So, he tells me he will go find one of the other Barbers to help me I was like cool is it going to be for the same price and he said "yeah man I got you." Finally, 15 - 20mins later the other Barber named Tony showed up and start cutting my son's hair. I asked Tony mid cut did "P" tell you the price we agreed on which was $10? Tony replied "nah I charge $25." I didn't make a big fuss about it because Tony did a great job on my son's hair and I highly recommend his services if you should go to Toppcuttaz Barbershop. With that being said "P" didn't offer any apologizes for the difference of what I was charged $25 and the price he gave to keep me waiting $10. But I did hear him tell Tony, as I walked away, "let go get something to drink." Though Tony did a great job on my son's hair I couldn't in good conscience recommend this shop for the hair cut program at my Church do to the bait and switch tactic that "P" used. So, I guess the moral of this story would be you never know who's in your presence and the little things matter... So, while they celebrated the $15 come up with a drink they at a minimum left $2,500 ($25 x 100 young men) on the table.

One thing I noticed with some barbers, they appear timid to cut women hair. From day one Bruce never displayed this. The atmosphere is here great. At least I like. It's guys so you know they're talking smack and sports. You're always in for a good laugh when you come here. And don't come in all shy and quiet because they'll just mess with you even more. They have a lot of events here which I like and give back to the community. They do back to school and literacy events for the kids. I think they even provided lunch for the clients once.
