I used this office seven years ago, mainly for tooth cleaning or routine examination, and ended today in June2022. It was chosen because it is next to a major road and easy to find, and my family was new to the town at the time.
This might be a dental office good at advertisement online, but definitely NOT a right place with good technique or professionalism; I was given a bad loosen crown (no root canal) with this office three years ago; since the next day the paralyzer faded, it started to bother me. I was unable to chew slightly hard food using my right side, and told the doctor the crown might be loosen with micromovement inside, but the current mediocre doctor could not find it out and told me it was my problem and should "take time to get used to it", and told this to me each time I finished the tooth clean there. It took only three years before the crown fell off after I picked the floss last week, and I could not chew most food now and am feeling pain every day when accidently grinding food or tooth. I have told this office I will move out of PA sometime in this year when last time I finished tooth clean in Feb, and I really think this was my biggest mistake telling them the privacy. Apparently people in this office do not like this kind of make-up and non-profit work for a leaving customer, and the front desk told me that the doctor had no time because I arrived 5min late and this make-up work would take her 30min, and delay her lunch for 5min, and the front desk lady 'nicely' told me to reschedule it to a day about two months later despite knowing i am very busy with the work and the pain is with me!!! I could not speak any words at the time when looking at front desk's faking smiling face, and left the office immediately.
An advice: When you come, the people in this dental place may look ok and disguise a lot of things well, but do not let that cheat you, and they may not be able to work on your case professionally as dentists or business people once they feel they cannot take more value from you! Unfortunately, I have ever barely seen a friendly face from the doctor since the ownership changed.
If you want a dental office that can treat your teeth professionally without possible long term issue after few years, please think it over before stepping into this one. The tooth clean and some minor easy works in this place could be ok, you may see some nice and smiling faces around serving you with small cheap gifts of brush and paste. However, the quality of the actual dental work and knowledge are very doubtful. In fact, to my experience, I am not even sure if they can do cavity fill nicely, my cavity fill fell off the next day after it was done few years ago, and had to return the next day to see the previous owner (Doctor Inge) at office in rush after work, luckily he was nice and fix it immediately though I was very late arriving his office without appointment, right before the office closed for the day.
Please look at the statistics here: The cavity fill and crown were only two dentist's work, other than multiple tooth cleans from hygienists, that my family has received from this office in last seven years, 100% failure rate !!!
I am kind of type who do not like to change, though sometimes sense something running sketchy. In last few years, I felt no need to change the dental doctor simply because my family has no big issue with teeth that needs dental doctors. After today's visit, I really feel shame on myself to stay with this office for these years! read more
