I like my nails really short and they did well with that -- everything came out great and was done quickly. Also, I'm not really a talker and I appreciated that they let me be in silence throughout my appoinment (but they had no problem chatting with some other customers wanted to have a conversation). The only downside or thing to be aware of is that its cash only. There is an ATM inside, just something that caught me a little off guard.
