I have been visiting Southridge Dental past couple months to resolve an ongoing TMJ issue and Dr…read more San Batha has been great, taking time to explain the issues and giving options. Couple days ago I had an accidental fall because of which I badly bruised my face breaking my front tooth. At a loss with what to do right after and worried that I broke something else in my mouth, I called Southridge Dental to ask if they could fix my broken tooth and they called me right away at 5.30 pm. They cleaned up the wounds, did couple X-Rays to make sure everything was alright and fixed my tooth right away in the next hour. I am really impressed with the level of service I received. Dr. Dhaliwal and Brittany were amazing and helped me get over this traumatic experience. Brittany called me back the next day to follow up and check on me. I am really thankful for this experience and would highly recommend Southridge Dental for their outstanding service.

The only downside was the hygienist. She was a temp and a sweet girl but didn't feel like she was even cleaning my teeth and the appt took way longer then I have ever had. She kept saying that I did a good job brushing and flossing and basically had no build up but then she charged me for 3.5 units of scaling when I have only ever had 1.5 at most from all my other dental visits. My teeth didn't feel clean after the visit and she only polished the front teeth. She was really nice and sweet but I don't think very good at her job. She was only a temp there so hopefully I get a regular hygienist at my next visit. Everything else was good.

More recently, one of my children and I received a newer treatment offering called a T-scan. For my son, he no longer deals with extreme tooth sensitivity. Such a game changer for him! And for me, I can actually feel the difference in the bite contact with all my teeth now. Turns out for most of my life when I bit down on food it was primarily my very back teeth that made all the contact. Now contact is evenly spread throughout all my teeth which has made eating a much more efficient and enjoyable process. We had no idea a simple adjustment to our bites would make such a difference to our every day experiences with food. We highly recommend Oral Health Solutions for all your dental and oral needs - especially the needs you're not even aware can be fixed!
