When the arrived and picked out my pedicure color, she told me that I did not schedule for a pedicure. I said to don't know what he wrote but I definitely scheduled both. Then she seemed pot out because I wanted to soak off the previous dip manicure. So, this didn't start right. I said "forget the pedicure let's just do the nails." They do not sterilize their manicure instruments. The cuticle trimming, which should be part of the manicure is an extra $5.00, as is the soak off. Now, I am looking at this manicure and it's awful. The nails on my left hand are shorter than the right hand. The index finger on the right is filed to a distinct point when I wanted rounded. Now I'll go home and make them all even. So not up to my picky standard.

I paid $60 for dip nail manicure (including tip) on Friday and it began chipping by Monday. This is dip nail polish and powder. I get three weeks without issue or any chipping when I go to my normal salon and even then, the only reason I'm getting a manicure after three weeks is because my nails have grown out. I have never had it only last three days. I will not be going back. Nice people and nice place, but they have people doing manicures in a rushed, untrained manner. I recommend going somewhere else if you don't want to pay $$ only to have your polish to chip in three days. I could have made regular polish last longer by myself at home. Ridiculous.

She slathered some lotion on my legs and then wiped it off with a towel. There was no massage involved then I had a manicure with gel polish. My polish looks like, a 10-year-old did it. It looks absolutely horrible. I tried to call back today twice to speak with someone and they're not answering the phone apparently. This is the second time that I have gone there and left unhappy. I'm just not going to go back.
