I came in to get an old set of acrylics taken off. Instead of letting the acrylic soak, a man rushed the process and continued to push and cut my nails when the acrylic was not soft. When the first nail began to bleed, he put nail glue on my natural nail? He ended up making two more nails bleed. One is now swollen, and possibly infected. Be careful going here. read more

There were a lot of great nail salons in Wilmington but I am very happy with this salon since moving back. I always get a good thorough pedicure whenever I come. read more

I've had difficulty finding a good nail salon since moving to the area generally because lack of staff doesn't really support walk in traffic. I've stopped here a couple of times and couldn't get in but generally they can accommodate you. The salon is clean and well staffed. Kim is amazing. She has worked here 10+ years and is very competent and her English very good. A sweet lady. She has serviced both me and my husband and always does a great job. I highly recommend her and this salon. read more

I made an appointment with this place because I had two people recommend it to me. I made the appointment for a pedicure and acrylic nail set. my pedicure was first and I don't really bel the people there are qualified because the water was burning hot and the lady doing my nails walked away I had to ask the lady doing nails besid me to cool it down and after that I thought maybe it was just one mistake but then the hot towel she put on my legs were way too hot it left my legs red and bumpy from how hot it was. Then the owner started to do my acrylic he did a terrible job he started to rush because more people care in and it felt like he was trying to get rid of me because while he was doing my nails he waa also doing another girls nails and I'm assuming she was a regular because he was much nicer to her. I cried after my appointment because my nails were so ugly read more

The people are very friendly! My mom and I went together. The people treated my mother very sweetly, helping her up and down from the pedicure chair. We both got pedicures and manicures. My mom got a regular polish mani/pedi and I got a gel manicure. The gel polish was put on right up to the cuticle and spilling over a little and two days later the gel polish is chipping. We paid over $100 for these services and we are a little disappointed. read more

What a horrible place to go for service. I went to go get a pedicure to get my feet worked on not to get my feet washed. They call they self giving me a pedicure but end up washing my feet. I was so very upset. I called them before going in there and asked about the price they told me $28 for a pedicure yet when leaving the building they wanted to charge me $35. What a total rip off, they are just pitiful pitiful pitiful. Please don't go There, very very disappointed. Bad bad service. read more

They don't understand what appointments are. Waited 50 minutes to begin manicure with an appointment. Nail tech walked away during mani to go wax another lady's eyebrows who was getting upset after waiting so long. The same files and buffers used on all customers. I have had high quality pedicure from one lady, that's the only reason for 2 stars. But the waiting and lack of professionalism will keep me away. read more

I went in here a few months ago and forgot to post the review. The people are nice enough, but they did not do a great job. I had to have them repaint some of my nails because they missed half of the toe. And there was nail clippings on the floor everywhere................ they didn't see a problem with it. They just told me to keep my shoes on or to step on them while they repainted. read more

I believe this business is NOT licensed and that many of its employees are also unlicensed. I have reported it to the local authorities TWICE without response. No posting of any licenses or sanitation inspections. Powder and spilled liquids on many surfaces. Items designed for a single use (orange sticks, emery boards, etc.) are reused with other customers. This morning, four people (relatives of owner) who recently arrived from Vietnam and had no experience in this kind of work, were performing manicures and pedicures. They have not been in the country long enough to have attended school for training or to have taken the exam for licensing. Another employee has been working there for FOUR years with only the training provided by the owner - who probably isn't qualified to train others. Employees do not wash hands between serving customers. I've noticed that some employees need a good scrubbing of their hands and a cleaning out under their nails. I believe you should serious consider the risks of using this establishment. However, I like the people who work there very much, but they are not appropriately trained and are not following hygienic practices. read more

The people here are very friendly and make you feel comfortable! I love how it looks inside and how light and airy the space is. I have gotten manicures and pedicures here multiple times and they've done a wonderful job each time. I went today and got the cutest nude/cheetah print. I also tried their waxing services for my eyebrows and loved the way they turned out so clean and just the shape I wanted. 10/10 recommend. read more

Such a wonderfully relaxing 2 hours with my 2 daughters and 2 daughter-in- laws in honor of our daughter's wedding. Atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, peaceful. The technicians were friendly and efficient... the calm before the storm of 2 days before the wedding. We will come again!! read more

The worst nails I have ever paid for! I didn't get what I asked for which was the old school acrylic full set with regular polish. I got a halfway acrylic set with gel polish. So I was charged more than I expected and the quality was horrible! The nails were very thick in some places and had dips in them ...I was stuck....I couldn't remove the polish without soaking off the entire nail so all that money was wasted...will never go back there! read more
