When the arrived and picked out my pedicure color, she told me that I did not schedule for a pedicure. I said to don't know what he wrote but I definitely scheduled both. Then she seemed pot out because I wanted to soak off the previous dip manicure. So, this didn't start right. I said "forget the pedicure let's just do the nails." They do not sterilize their manicure instruments. The cuticle trimming, which should be part of the manicure is an extra $5.00, as is the soak off. Now, I am looking at this manicure and it's awful. The nails on my left hand are shorter than the right hand. The index finger on the right is filed to a distinct point when I wanted rounded. Now I'll go home and make them all even. So not up to my picky standard.

They have regular and gel polish available in pretty much any color you can imagine, and they also do the dip colors. They do acrylic or over your natural nail. Their spa pedicure is wonderful. I recommend this Regal Nails salon to everyone who asks me about my nails, which I get lots of compliments on.

Do not go here unless you want nail fungus and your nails ground down to nothing for long term…read moredamage. They use the dremel to remove the old SNS and clear coat for soak off which is a no-no. You're supposed to use the rough nail file. Sadly, they do a great job but their SNS and Gel removal is incorrect and will result in nail fungus.

She slathered some lotion on my legs and then wiped it off with a towel. There was no massage involved then I had a manicure with gel polish. My polish looks like, a 10-year-old did it. It looks absolutely horrible. I tried to call back today twice to speak with someone and they're not answering the phone apparently. This is the second time that I have gone there and left unhappy. I'm just not going to go back.

A straightforward pedi was only $25, but we decided to get extra to try it out and were so glad we did. No one has ever paid so much attention to detail or spent so much time making sure I liked the result. I couldn't speak more highly of the staff, cleanliness, and above all, courteousness with which we were met there. They are the kindest people and were a delight to be around. Please go see them.
