Bummer but I get it, especially with this staffing market. Regardless, I have had problem after problem with their pharmacy in terms of getting my insurance to work. I've called my insurance 5 times, and talked with the pharmacist just as many times and no one can help me and they refused to call my insurance and get it straightened out. Also the tone and way most of the employees treated me during the process was hurried, cold, and treated me like a number instead of a human. There was one lady who was super nice and helpful, so +1 star for her. Also, it's probably out of their control (so +1 star here given the labor shortage) but they are way too understaffed for how busy they are. So overall would suggest skipping this location unless you're just buying something in the regular store quick.

Thankfully, the pharmacy is open until midnight M-F, and 9pm on weekends. The front store is still open 24/7. Still better than any other pharmacy in the area. The employees I've run into have usually been nice and knowledgeable. They've worked with my insurance and I've had less problems here than at Walgreens. Items like Kleenex and other household products are a little more expensive here so it's more about convenience than being the lowest cost. FYi, you can get here by going north on Alpine or east on state. Kind of a weird intersection/setup but once you do it once you'll get the hang of it.

You'd think they would like happy customers because there are other vendors out there. And, I'll be looking for another one. I really don't need to call them 4 or 5 times to get them to send the proper items ordered correctly (on my end). Their response seems to be "if we don't get it right, just call us." They are saving money with AI "folks" answering the phone. I wish they would use some of that money to get some better software and actually focus on getting orders done correctly.
