I've never reviewed a vet clinic before, but here goes…read more.. The building is small, but easy to get to. There's only about 3 exam rooms. Some of the Veterinarians are better than others. Their prices are reasonable. A checkup for my dog is $35 +vaccines, or any medication that's needed. I say that some of the veterinarians are better than others because the vet we initially saw gave us the wrong diagnosis. She did recommend other testing because she 100% positive what was wrong with our pet. When we brought our pet back for follow-up testing, after a week of coping with the much more grim and incorrect diagnosis, we saw a different vet. She was very thorough and knows her stuff. She got answer and then double checked to make sure she was giving us the right answer. Now our pet is on the way to recovering from something that we were initially told would take its life. The staff at the desk is nice. Most of the vet-techs are female, which helps if your pet is shy.

Well they sold to a corporate store and the new place says "no, we have to administer them so you need to make an appointment every time so we can charge for an office visit but we usually book out a week or 2 in advance so you have to make an emergency visit so we can make more money or let your dog suffer for a week or 2" so we switched to this place. This is the ONE AND ONLY reason we switched. They told us multiple times that they too, need to administer the meds but I don't even need an apt. I can bring her in at anytime and someone will give her the ear meds and we won't even be charged for an office visit. We'll this was 100% a LIE! Yesterday my dog had an ear infection and we called to be courtious and they told us she has to suffer for a week or two. Now we have to switch vets all over again because this place LIES to their customers! They do not care about your pets!

This poor baby had been dragging herself on one side of her body in 5 below zero weather . He said they did not have the facilities or surgeons she would need. So he sent the xrays to Dr Thompson at Country Hills in Eden Wi, Dr Thompson said to Bring her in right away. Dr Thompson not only took on the challenge of putting her back together with pins and wires , such creative Master medical talent , and then another surgery to remove the pins and follow ups etc.... so complicated and so intense, Dr Thompson is a miracle worker.he was so amazing with her and explaining everything that had been done, We kept her and named her Jersey girl and shes doing amazing! He had been experiencing serious health issues, and although we had never been to this clinic before, the staff treated Tank, and us, with an extraordinary level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness. That day, we were faced with the heartbreaking reality that Tank needed to be put down. It was one of the hardest moments of our lives, but the team here made the experience personal, dignified, and as comforting as it could possibly be. They didn't treat us like strangers walking in for the first time, they treated us like family. The staff helped make Tank's final moments truly special. They gave him treats, including chocolate, and he was so happy--wagging his tail and enjoying what truly felt like the best day of his life. They gave us private time with him both before and after, yet they were also right there with us when we needed support. They spoke softly to him, pet him lovingly, and treated him with the utmost respect and tenderness. Their compassion was real, and it meant more to us than words can express. The day I took her in, I had to sit in the waiting room and never got to see the vet until the end. Once again not the vet I requested.. Signed the paperwork they gave me with the understanding that they would try one thing and wait for the results and then move on to the next and I assumed it was the vet I requested.. If they would of waited for blood test results, they would of seen she had another UTI but they did x-rays instead. The vet who has treated her for other UTIs, not the vet I kept asking for, should of had a clue to what it was. The bill was $512 . I told them that I would pay for the entire bill except for the x-rays because I didn't feel they were needed and that I hadn't wanted the vet I got. Long story short, the vet told me if I didn't pay the entire bill that I wasn't welcome back and that my dog wouldn't get the meds she needed for her UTI. Go back never but I couldn't let my dog suffer any longer so I paid the entire bill. The vet is very cold and mechanical. Never again!!

It had been a while but I knew that severe hives would be next and desperately looked for a vet in the area. We were most fortunate to find Dr Hines who saw her almost immediately. The hives began to appear while in the exam room and I knew she needed the usual steroids. But Dr Hines was the first vet we'd seen since 2010 who offered to treat the cause with a simple vaccination rather than just her symptoms! He's also gone on to prove his hunch that her weight wasn't simply from having over ate in years past but due to years of steroids as well as very low thyroid. He will stay our Vet so long as we keep dogs. He is well worth the drive and truly cares. Our naughty puppy is also in his care now.
