I took a chance in hiring her because she was not one of the caterers the church had recommended to me. (They hadn't previously had any experience with her.) Well, she did NOT disappoint! She might be young, but she cooks like an old soul food veteran! Everything on the custom menu that we selected was cooked to perfection and delivered on time to the church. When we returned from the cemetery, the church staff was ready to serve the awaiting guests within minutes. We received many favorable comments on the food. I hope she left some cards with the church, because I'm sure other folks will want to hire her. I highly recommend her and would definitely work with her in the future.

My husband and I were delighted with the planning process. We received multiple menu options that managed to balance picky eaters, food allergies, pregnant, and breastfeeding members of our party! In addition to a 7 day breakfast & dinner menu, we also put together a grocery list for snacks & lunch foods. The meals were over the top delicious. This is coming from 2 New Yorkers who are accustomed to fine dining and spend a lot of their time in the best restaurants around. Every meal was professional, cooked to perfection, and appealed to all. The desserts were fabulous and I'm not even much of a sweets eater. For the 4th of July we had a TON of food - we ate it for days and savored every bite. Despite the fact that the chefs were around us during our family vacation, their presence was never intrusive.
