In searching for a caterer I was looking for someone who had a variety in food choices, talent (especially with vegan options) and an individual who was personable. I found all of these qualities in Chef Delvin/ Savor of Elegance. He and his team were very professional and kind. The presentation was professional and polished, adding that touch of elegance. Most importantly, the food was delicious--fresh, flavorful, and beautifully arranged. Our guests were impressed. Several guests had never tried a vegan selection until that day and one person said she "might become a vegan" after having Chef Delvin's fried mushrooms . In addition, we had an unforeseen situation on the day of the event and Chef Delvin and the team adjusted immediately and were present without missing a beat . I highly recommend Savor of Elegance and thank Chef Delvin for his genuine talent, flexibility and professionalism. read more

I honestly don't know where to begin. I have had several of Chef Delvin's dishes, and he definitely does not disappoint! His passion for cooking is definitely seen in every dish that he creates. I am currently transitioning to a plant-based diet. I was afraid that I would not be able to enjoy all of the foods that I previously enjoyed, but Chef Delvin has made it possible by providing numerous vegan and vegetarian options. I have had veggie pho, veggie skewers, vegan Mac and cheese, vegan cheesecake, and a vegan burger which was AMAZING!!! It was topped with vegan cheese, avocado, tomato, and apple slaw all wrapped in a golden plantain bun. He is very generous with his portions sizes, and the quality is always excellent. I absolutely recommend!! He also offers meal preparation. read more
