1 star review: Extremely Dishonest Dealership: Lied About Service History and Tried to Sell an…read moreUnsafe Vehicle I recently had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at North Miami Mitsubishi while trying to purchase a used 2020 Tesla Model X. I was already pre-approved for financing and specifically asked about the car's full service history before making the hour long drive from Florida City. In the morning, I was told "no problem" the car had been serviced, and the history would be easy to provide. Jose (the manager) even called later to reassure me they were pulling it and it would take no time. Then Andre (the sales rep) texted the same assurances and we scheduled a test drive time in the evening. I made it clear I didn't want to waste time driving that far if the info wasn't ready. While I was already on my way, they suddenly said the service manager had left for the day and no one else knew where the records were. They told me "not to worry" because the car was "good," so I continued to the dealership. Big mistake. When I arrived, there was a burning smell coming from the vehicle. Despite that red flag, Andre kept insisting the car was in good shape, so I went ahead with the test drive. What I discovered was alarming: serious brake issues, alignment problems, worn control arm bushings, bad ball joints or faulty half-shafts causing heavy vibrations during acceleration, and to top it, malfunctioning falcon wing doors. The burning smell got much worse after the drive likely the brakes overheating or failing. This car was clearly not safe to drive. Andre took notes on everything and promised to call me the next day with more information. Instead, I got a call saying the manager decided the car would be sold "as is" with zero repairs or fixes. Of course, I walked away without buying it. What angers me most is the blatant dishonesty about the service history. Any competent mechanic or inspection would have caught these major mechanical problems, yet the dealership seemed to be actively hiding them by dodging the records and downplaying the issues. They wasted my entire evening on what felt like a bait and switch tactic. My strong advice to anyone: Do NOT go to test drive a used car at North Miami Mitsubishi unless they have the complete service history in hand and are willing to provide it upfront. Save yourself the time, frustration, and potential safety risk. This place has lost all credibility with me, stay far away.

When you make it clear you feel like you weren't treated right. They tell you they don't care. When you tell them you will be sharing your thoughts about how you were treated online. They call you a "keyboard warrior". On my previous visit, I brought my car in because oil was dripping from the engine. I diagnosed the issue myself as probably being a cracked oil filter housing as reports are everywhere online about the issue at the same mileage. I brought the car in for a diagnostic and after they finished I was told that it was actually an improper oil change. The two resolutions I was given were to pay a 300$ diagnostic fee or 200$ for an oil change. I paid 200$ for the oil change. And one week later the oil started dripping again. I brought it back in and turns out it was infact a cracked oil filter housing, did I get a refund for my 200$ oil change? Of course not. On my most recent visit I brought the car in for a sound coming from the drivetrain. They once again did a "diagnostic" and isntead of finding the sound, they told me my brakes and tires were too loud to hear anything and that counted as the diagnostic and forced me to pay 300$.

Blake did an outstanding job running his tail off with all of my questions & video clips and pictures. I was purchasing this vehicle 9 hours driving away. So Blake did an excellent job in the beginning, however, after he felt that his duties was completed he basically ghosted me. I feel your sales person should be there after the purchase? There was to be 2 fobs stated in purchase agreement. hear the relationship got a little strained as I only received one functional fob and a second auto parts cheapie which did not work. I'll touch on this again a little later. Next the closing of the purchase was not appropriate. The financial manager (F. Ansari ) who does the closing paperwork tried to stick me for $150. I had to bring on my sales person again to correct this mistake. After the closing, I returned home, the car was shipped without issues other then the wrong 2nd fob. Sent a certified package to the dealership with the wrong fob.. This man (sales manager) signed for my certified letter & package and never communicated to the proper department or pass it on to anyone, he didn't mention it to anyone. Keep an eye on this gentleman if he is your closing sales manager. He seems to be arrogant, and not a happy employee. That's of course is just my opinion. Because of his failure to notify anyone of my certified package communication was totally lost. I spent numerous hours attempting to contact the dealership manager. This in itself is a poor look for any car dealership. Once I did get to the manager, a Juan Contreras, he had done an excellent job sending the full amount to purchase the proper fob in my location. In conclusion, I would say Florida Fine Cars has an excellent array of high-end vehicles. But like anything else in life, you have to check and double check. I think Mr. Contreras did an excellent job providing the funds for a new 2nd fob, however, the salesman ghosted me after his interaction, apparently he feels his duties were done. as for the financial manager, what can I say. Fred, who was super kind and attentive, was my main point of contact over the phone, but he was not completely honest about every detail. He explained that the car I wanted was out with a vendor so I was unable to visit the first day and he mentioned another Toyota CHR in stock however, I wasn't interested. After a couple of days, Fred texted about another arrival, but I chose to wait for the original vehicle and I could see both then. About a week later, Fred called to let me know it was available. My brother, dad, and I went in to test drive it and started negotiations. We managed to negotiate a slight reduction in price. We even left saying we wouldn't return but came back the next morning to finalize the deal. I'm glad I did because you don't notice every flaw on a car at night. If you can, bring a mechanic, check the oil, look under the car, inspect the interior, and lift the floor mats. Not all issues will be disclosed, so it's important to protect yourself. During financing, there were several hidden fees not clearly disclosed, which raised the final price. Some fees made sense, but others were unmentioned, like a mandatory warranty for cosmetic items that couldn't be removed. They also advertised a three-day money-back guarantee, but at the end, I learned my car wasn't eligible due to its mileage. The process overall was less transparent than I expected. Important details were not always shared upfront, and at one point, the wrong CHR was listed on the paperwork, so double-checking documents was necessary. There were a few items on a "we owe" slip that were supposed to be fixed before I picked up the car (realigning the bumper, fixing something in the trunk, and checking the brakes). Some of these weren't completed when I returned, and there was also a windshield wiper issue that I had fixed elsewhere. I had to make a follow-up trip the next week to get the bumper realigned. Though I was told it would take half a day, they let me come in Saturday morning, and the repair was done in about an hour and a half. The service wasn't horrible, but it wasn't absolutely terrific either. Florida Fine Cars is a reputable dealership, and it's a safer choice compared to buying from a smaller, unknown dealer. If you choose to buy here, inspect the car thoroughly, get everything in writing, and ask as many questions as needed to ensure you are fully aware of all details before finalizing your purchase.

Thanks to an amazing mechanic she stayed safe and reliable, but I knew all good things must come to an end eventually so I began doing research on the car I wanted. I knew for the price, and the quality that the Mazda CX-30 was the car for me. After spending Saturday in a different dealer with no success, I looked at the inventory online and submitted an inquiry for the car. Jared from the dealership texted me back right away and we set up a call for Sunday morning. I went over the budget I had and what I was looking for, and after speaking to Sebastian and Rob (managers at the dealership) we were able to come to an agreement. The process was honestly faster than I expected, and what I appreciated most as a woman negotiating alone is that they didn't try to throw any crazy fees, extra confusing items, etc that we hadn't already discussed when coming up with the offer. I found them to be really professional and honest. I also enjoyed chatting with Fermin the Business Manager who took the time to explain the intricacies of the lease (especially knowing I hadn't had a new car in a while). Overall, I really loved my experience. Major shout out to Sebastian who spent so much time going over all the features of the car, and helping me to get the perfect new car for me!

WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS: SCAM AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES I…read moream writing this review to warn the public about a highly illegal and deceptive experience I encountered at Toyota of North Miami on June 11, 2026. During my vehicle purchase, the sales representative, Nelson Pineda Rodriguez, in direct collusion with a third-party entity called Legend Services, ran an insurance scam under my name. I was illegally charged an unauthorized fee of $350.00 USD under the false pretense of a "down payment" for an auto insurance quote. Here are the facts: Document Forgery: They generated an insurance quote and stamped a signature in my name without my authorization, knowledge, or legal consent. This is blatant identity theft and forgery. Stolen Funds: My actual auto insurance provider later confirmed that they never received a single penny of this $350.00 payment. The money collected at Toyota of North Miami was completely pocketed and unaccounted for, forcing me to pay my full premium separately to my real insurer. Unlicensed Activity: To make matters worse, I discovered that the individual operating on behalf of Legend Services at the dealership does not even hold a valid, active insurance agent license in the State of Florida. Operating an insurance brokerage without a license, forging customer signatures, and taking money under false pretenses are serious criminal offenses. A formal Demand Letter has already been sent to management, and complaints are being filed directly with the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS), the Office of the Florida Attorney General, and local law enforcement. Do not trust this dealership. Check every single line of your contract and financial breakdowns before signing anything. Nelson Pineda Rodriguez and the management involved need to be held accountable for these predatory and fraudulent actions.
