Weather permitting, the shop mainly lives of the many "tie-makers" at the beer tables. On the positive side is that you get first offered only rods, but that should pose no problem, for example, the rice is wonderfully tacky. Main courses cost 4-7 EUR, the service is friendly and above all the preparation takes plus "delivery" to the table a few minutes.

There is a part of me that has an issue going to a restaurant and having to cook your own steak ;-) mind you I happily do that at a Korean BBQ or Japanese restaurant :-) My company had organized an evening here for customers, so I went along. It is located on a quiet street and is an open plan restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff are extremely attentive and welcoming and, for service they get 5 stars. They explained everything to the guests and got us on our way with drinks quickly. The concepts here is, you get mixed starters and you choose your cut of steak (no veggies here). I just went for the biggest one, the flank steak lol. I believe this is also the normal way in which the restaurant operates. Our starter was beef carpaccio, smoked fish and goats cheese with bread. It was very good. My steak was excellent and tender and, I cooked it rare. Tender and delicious, I wanted another one ;-)) the primitivo wine I had was also superb. I would happily come back here again. I can't tell you value for money, as we did not have to pay ;-)) good steak, nice ambience and excellent service. If memory serves me correctly they were limited on diet drink options and only later found out that they had their own local soda drinks that I could have ordered a diet drink from. But for the price, as with all of Augsburg and Germany in general, you're better off with the beer because it's 5 times the size of a glass of soda and about the same price. the food was a little less than perfect. Typical sushi restaurant with typical sushi offerings. Being visitors to the area it is difficult to know what is unique to this restaurant and/or what is typical of sushi places. We were not wowed but not disappointed in the food. Would we go back if we visited the area? Probably not. I'd see what other places had to offer.
