Very rude. Brought 4 dresses to this woman. The hem on my sister's grade 8 grad dress was extremely crooked. We returned it to the store, and they adjusted it, apologizing for the trouble. When it came home, the hem was still crooked. My mother ended up fixing the hem herself. The major problem was with my prom dress. The alterations (hemline and shoulder straps) were fine, but when the dress came back home there was a large white stain on the back! We kept the dress in the garment back hanging in the closet. Brought it back (again - this is now the third time we have been in the store) and the woman has no idea what happened, is a bit rude, but eventually agrees to get her cleaner to get the stain out. We picked up the dress yesterday, and the stain was still there, but lighter. When the dress came home, we took it out of the garment bag and found a small BROWN stain on the bottom of my light blue dress. We luckily got this stain out, but the white stain is still there. My prom is tomorrow. Brought the dress back one more time today, and the woman gets very hostile with me, starts yelling and banging the counter with her hands, and calling me names, like 'crazy', 'stupid', and told me that I must be making things up. She refused to refund me for either dress. Will not be going back to this lady. read more
