He mentioned that hydro jetting will probably be the next step within the next few months or before the end of the year, which honestly made sense. I'm pretty sure the previous owners poured grease down the drain over the years and didn't maintain the house very well. He also explained that pipe replacement may eventually be needed down the line, which I actually appreciated because it gives us time to prepare and start saving for that process. Another thing I found really helpful was his suggestion to purchase extra flooring planks now while they're still available, since matching flooring years later can be difficult if pipes ever need to be accessed under the floor. Ben was very communicative beforehand and gave a very reasonable price to replace it all. In person, he was even friendlier and very knowledgeable, advising us against unions for the water shutoff valve, which we agreed on. I also asked if he could take a look at my shower/tub cartridge as other plumbers said it needed to be replaced due to the water turning off when the handle is turned 180°. Although Ben doesn't work on shower/tubs (outside of the valve), he offered to take a look anyway AND FIXED IT! Turns out the cartridge was fine but the plastic scald prevention piece was on backwards. Once turned around, the water stayed on when turning the handle!! Ben is amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better plumber! I'm honestly bummed he doesn't do simple plumbing because I'd hire him for literally everything if he did!

They went above and beyond to clean out my plugged up deck drainage system and the entire rest of that part of the yard drain system, all the way to the street. There were so many roots but they got them all out, even when it meant getting down and pulling out roots by brute strength. When they were finished they cleaned everything up and didnt leave a spec of mess. I would give them 6 stars but the ratings only go to 5. They will definitely be my go to again if I have any drain or sewer problems.

After checking under the sink and finding no visible leaks, I knew I had a bigger problem. I quickly sent messages to multiple plumbing companies on Yelp, hoping for a fast response. Jeremy from JLB Plumbing was the first to reply. He immediately advised me to turn off the water in the garage and promised to come by early the following day. After inspecting the issue, he determined it was a slab leak that couldn't be fixed before my trip. I planned to deal with it when I returned.
