Wow I am so THANKFUL I called The Right Plumbers! Rolando and Kenny were incredibly professional…read moreand knowledgeable. They answered my call and came to help me immediately! Once they arrived they went straight to work and handled business. My toilets were backing up and making a bubbling sound, so they took the snake and ran it down both of my main lines on the roof that are connected to the bathrooms. They were able to clear Both of the main pipe lines and confirmed that no tree branches were in the pipes at this time, which was a relief for me to hear. Once they finished with the snake on the roof they came inside and turned all the water on & flush the toilets to check if everything was working again. They did this for at least 5-8 minutes with water running and flushing multiple times to confirm. Once everything was clear, Kenny went under the house and had us turn all the water on in the house as he was underneath checking for any leaks or major concerns. He took videos and photos of everything that was an issue underneath my house. Once he was done with the inspection under the house, they sat with me and took their time to explain everything that was of concern and answered all my questions. They gave me a very reasonable quote and they did not pressure me into any repairs to be done right away. They fixed my main issue quickly and professionally and now my family can use the bathrooms and showers like normal again! They were definitely "THE RIGHT" plumbing choice for me! I am a younger female homeowner and I get scammed all the time sadly. Rolando and Kenny did NOT make me feel nervous or uncomfortable at all and they got straight to the point and handled business like proper professionals! I will definitely be calling them back for the work they quoted me on and I will continue to use them as my go to plumbing company. So incredibly happy and thankful for you BOTH! You guys are amazing and very hardworking/ knowledgeable about your craft! May the higher powers that be, Bless both of you, for all of your honest work and help with my home. Thank you for treating me as an equal and professionally. Trustworthy. Reliable. Professional. Reasonable Pricing. Knowledgeable. Respectful. No Bullshit. Female Friendly. Inclusive.

He was extremely personable, understanding, and genuinely compassionate. After seeing the condition of my water heater, he carefully assessed the situation to determine if there was any way to save it. Unfortunately, it had reached the end of its life and needed to be replaced. Since it was Friday morning, Robert went above and beyond by asking my home warranty company if they could expedite the authorization so I wouldn't have to go the entire weekend without hot water. When the warranty company asked if he could simply provide the replacement tank himself, he was completely honest and reminded them that doing so would likely cost them more. I really appreciated his integrity. He promptly sent them everything they needed, including photos and videos, to help move the approval process along. Throughout the visit, Robert took the time to explain exactly what was happening, what to expect next, and answered all of my questions before he left. Thankfully, the replacement was approved the same day. The Pro-Connect office staff was just as impressive. They kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know when the authorization was received, explaining that the warranty company would issue a purchase order to Lowe's, and walking me through the pickup and installation process. They even let me know that Robert was finishing another job in La Mirada but had made arrangements in his schedule so he could return the same day to install my new water heater instead of making me wait until after the weekend. Sure enough, Robert came back later that afternoon with the same positive attitude and a smile on his face, even after what had obviously been a long day. He introduced me to Carlos, who delivered the new water heater, and Carlos was also friendly and pleasant. Once the installation was complete, Robert never made me feel rushed. He took the time to walk me through everything he had done, explained the new parts that were installed, showed me the new tank, and talked to me about the safety features to help me feel at ease. From beginning to end, this was one of the best service experiences I've had. Everyone at Pro-Connect Plumbing was professional, honest, communicative, and truly cared about taking care of their customer. I can't thank Robert and the office staff (also Carlos) enough for going above and beyond. I would highly recommend Pro-Connect Plumbing to anyone who needs reliable, trustworthy, and exceptional service.
