To be honest I don't like shopping for long periods of time online or in person. Sabrina was super patient and explained everything very well and made me feel super comfortable. I ended up with tailored jacket, tailored pants and Italian style shirt. Everything I get from here I always get compliments. Even if I move out of the Bronx Porta Bella is my go to spot. They have amazing shoes no matter what style you will find it here. Affordable and reliable. Disclaimer: this is not in the best of neighborhoods but it is a gem. Right off 4 train on Jerome ave.

As soon as I clear the assignments to open a new areas, I'm hopping straight over to the clothing store like Binco or Didiersachs to cop somehing fashionable to murder people in. Well this is how I felt today at Porta Bella in the Bronx, sans the need to murder someone afterward. Walking into the store was purely a sidetrack to my real mission of locating some grey Timberlands in some of the shoe stores along East Fordham. I was my first time shopping on East Fordham, although I'd been down the block numerous times to attend graduations at Fordham or visit friends in the area. Shopping on East Fordam makes you feel as though you belong in the Bronx, and having been a resident of the Boogie Down for a year now, it was about time. The store has the usual men's fare. I'd like to emphasize the "men's" here as opposed to "boy". There are very few occasions where I need to look as though I'm going to a hip-hop or rock concert or sporting event. And those occasions are where I'm going to a hip-hop or rock concert or sporting event. Otherwise, I were the shirt and tie to work, even though it isn't a mandatory state of dress to teach. It does illustrate something for my students though. And I'm a bit more conscious about what I eat these days, so saggy jeans, jersey's and sneakers would stand out in most places where I dine. The prices are competitive. Mine you that I'm aware they hype the price up to lower the price, but hit the sales and sale rack and you're golden. Who pays full price for stuff manufactured in China these days anyway? There was a guy who asked whether I needed help, and then backed off immediately when I replied that I was "just browsing". I love that he wasn't pushy, and that he didn't feel the need for unsolicited suggestions. And he was prompt to assist me when I had made a couple selections that were on sale. And yes, when I walked out of the dressing room to look in the mirror, I did the little CJ swivel and hunch when I found what I wanted. Oh! And they have Kangol hats. Very important.

I'm actually upset at my boyfriend because he should of saw the signs. When he tried on the pants The Taylor did not put any marks or pins in where he wanted them fitted. The Taylor asked him if he liked the waist he told him yes don't touch the waist and still when he bought the pants her they fit like Leggins. The waist way to small. Idk how u just completely destroy a pair pant but they manage to do it. When we brought the pants back to return them they would not and said they would fix them but the pants couldn't be fixed the Taylor took off to much material. So now my man is stuck with black leggings. There's a much better place on the corner of Fordham n Marion
