if you are sleeping on this place, you're making a big mistake. This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the valley and it's nestled right in the center of Tarzana. Easy access parking in a back parking lot or meter right at the front. The customer service here is always super great. The ambience here is so beautiful with handcrafted arts on the walls and handcrafted seating to enjoy your meal on. Terrible place food was disappointing but more disappointing was when I left the restaurant and a customer of these place hit my car in their parking spot . They have cameras recording but when I went inside and ask them they said cameras are not working only the ones inside of the restaurant I ask them to check the customers that left before me and they refused it was only 2 people that left by the back door . This place is fantastic. It's a casual, mom and pop restaurant that serves delicious food. I was hanging out with my cousin when we both started getting hungry. We were on Ventura Blvd already and I looked this place up on Yelp. It had great reviews and was walking distance from where we were. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the server. We sat, we ordered and received delicious salsa and chips to nosh on. The salsa was spicy, which is how I like everything, but if that's not for you make sure the server knows. I ordered Camarones a la Diabla and my cousin got the Al Pastor taco plate. We both loved our choices. The diabla sauce had an excellent smokey chipotle flavor that I just couldn't get enough of.
