I called the office and was told I would have to fill out the same forms that we have filled out before they would even schedule an emergency appointment. This is a set of 4 documents that we had previously filled out with no changes. I asked the staff to have Dr Woodward call me. He did not. I sent a written complaint to Dr Woodward. He responded 2 weeks later defending his duplicate documents before appointment policy, accused me of being rude and said he refused to speak with me anymore as it was "his legal right". My mother in law speaks no English, I am the primary on the insurance and 100% support her. She is my dependant. We called another oral surgeon who was more concerned about my mother in laws health than paperwork and he got us right in called our dentist and had us fill out the paperwork at the appointment. We had used Dr Woodward exclusively for oral surgery so I guess we were used to poor treatment. It was refreshing to see a provider that cares. My family lives under constant despair due to the war and relatives fighting and dying. It was nice that the new oral surgeon showed compassion instead of insulting us and adding stress

I don't think anyone really enjoys having teeth work done but this experience was relatively…read moresimple. And this was in great part because of the team at Germantown Oral. I left a voicemail and was contacted next day to set my consult appointment. Had a my surgery a few weeks later which consisted of the removal of all 4 of my wisdom teeth (which to this day was and shall dutifully remain the single most miserable experience of my life. No matter where you go it's going to suck...a lot) However I was apart of the lucky few that didn't clean throughly enough and got some food debris caught in my gum which promptly sealed up got infected and caused my face to swell up to the size of 2014 version Kanye West's unchecked ego. It started Friday evening. I became concerned by Tuesday morning (which is when I called to seek help). I was seen by Wednesday so we could get my gums sorted (I'll spare you the gross details but basically it was like popping a giant zit that had grown along my entire lower right gum line). And had a post op check up Friday. Today is Friday and after getting the stitches removed I'm pain free and feeling relatively normal. I am extremely thankful for the Germantown team for being so accommodating. I won't hesitate to go back (but hopefully I won't need to). A well deserved 5 stars.

My mother is being treated by Dr. Williams because she broke her jaw. The staff there are the very best. I came up Total Dental Care by accident with a tooth emergency. I was fit in for the next day, and…read morein my many years of going to dentist this was an amazing visit. I had a tooth extracted, and Dr. Sreeni and his support staff walked and talked me through the whole process. I was terrified and they explained every step of the way and even gave encouragement. Later that evening, Dr. Sreeni took the time to call to check in to see how I was recovering. I've never had such a warm and thoroughly explicated visit to a dentist office. The two persons working the front desk were also kind and efficient and took the time to explain the pricing to me. Insurance covered all but my copay and all was transparent.

I was referred to this dental clinic through VA Community Care in February 2026 and completed…read moredental treatment there. During that process, I had concerns regarding the lack of clear communication about my crown procedure, specifically how many appointments would be required. I voiced those concerns to my VA Community Care Coordinator at Total Dental Care. Despite my initial experience, I chose to give the clinic another opportunity and attempted to return for care in August. I was extremely disappointed to learn that the clinic would no longer see me as a patient, apparently because I had previously expressed concerns about my treatment experience. To be clear, I was never rude, disrespectful, or verbally abusive. I simply advocated for myself as a patient and expressed that the process and number of appointments had not been clearly communicated to me. In all my years receiving dental care, both as a veteran and as a civilian, I have never been refused future care because I respectfully raised a concern about communication. What was equally disappointing was that I was never provided written notification that the practice had decided not to see me again. I only learned this when attempting to obtain additional care. If a practice decides to terminate its relationship with a patient, I believe the professional and courteous thing to do is communicate that decision directly to the patient rather than allowing them to discover it later. I will be sharing my experience with VA Community Care because veterans referred to community providers should feel comfortable asking questions and respectfully expressing concerns about their care without worrying that doing so will result in them no longer being welcomed as a patient. Unfortunately, this experience made it very clear that I am no longer welcomed at this facility, and I will seek my dental care elsewhere.

These reviews must be a joke. Today I went in with my son, and from the energy of the front desk…read morestaff, I knew the experience was not going to be pleasant. The receptionist did not even greet me. She told me to "hold on one second" and then told the doctor that I had my baby with me, which I understood could be an issue. I said that was okay and that I would come back when I had childcare. However, she insisted that I could still do a consultation. It felt like the only reason for this was so they could still collect a payment from me. I explained that the doctor already had my X-rays and records, and that I could simply reschedule, but the receptionist kept insisting. I spoke with the Doctor, and he barely gave me any information before telling me to wait in another room for an examination. At that point, I started to feel uncomfortable, so I walked out and told them to call me to reschedule. Then the patient coordinator told me I owed $56.78. I said that was fine, but I needed to go to the bank to get the money. Her attitude immediately became rude and nasty toward me. I went to the bank, got the money, and came back to pay without any issue. One major red flag was that no one could clearly explain the total cost of procedures. At every other dentist office I have been to, I have always been given straightforward pricing information. Here, they could never give me a clear answer about costs or fees. Overall, this place felt more focused on getting money than providing quality patient care.

Makes you want to spend the whole day in the waiting room. But no. They are professional and get you back to the rooms with expediency. Then there's the surgical rockstars. They get you prepped up and keep nice and calm. I don't anxiety when seeing Doctors, but they talk your through it and I bet would keep you nice and calm if you did experience anxiety or fear. They pre-numb you with plenty of gel. Then there's Dr injects you with enough to ensure you're not even remotely uncomfortable during the procedure. Dr. Boquel kept pausing during the lidocaine injections, to ensure I was ok. I have a high pain threshold, but I didn't have any pain at all. I told him I can tolerate a bit of pain, and he was reassuring me saying that He doesn't want me to have any pain at all. I guess other previous surgeons were cheaping out on the lidocaine. This place prioritizes your comfort, and I REALLY appreciate that. Just because someone can take a little pain doesn't mean they should have to. It's the next day after getting HUGE implant screwed into my skull, and I'm feeling no pain. And I literally mean screwed. He was using a little socket wrench tool to screw this thing in. I felt like a car engine being worked on. But seriously, I'm not in any pain. I thought I would need some really good pain killers like oxy; like what you get after an extraction. But no. They prescribe only 600 of ibuprofen, and I only took 2 of those so far. 1 soon as I got home, and 1 right before bed. I don't even think I'll need them at all today. Dr. Boquel has the magic touch!
