Insurance originally inspected the damage and determined it was a builder oversight and nothing they can do. Brandon and Amity took over this project with haste. We had public adjusters, private contractors, and designated teams to fight the insurance company. After a couple of inspections we only got them to cover only 10% of the project. That wasn't good enough for Amity (and us). They fought tooth and nail for over 10 months until we finally got the approval and payment we needed to get this project going and to make sure my family was taken care of. They replaced the entire roof, all the gutters, and renovated the whole garage interior and exterior. It was truly a crazy experience. The roof itself only took a day. The gutters and garage a day as well. Very efficient team from start to finish. We ended up selling the house and moving a few months after the project was finished, but this roof and reno definitely improved the market value of my home. That is undeniably worth the call to Amity roofing.

They made our house look beautiful, and in the process mentioned several improvements that were inexpensive and well worth the cost. They even rebuilt an old rotten deck and stairs and fixed shoddy work from a previous contractor that we'd had done. Now, not only is our home beautiful, but it's better insulated and sealed. We couldn't be happier with the end results. Oh, and Jessie's wife is an awesome cook! I've had Chicharrones before and never really cared for them, but Jessie shared some of her cooking for the crew and these changed this boy's mind on Chicharrones!!! Thank you, very much, Jessie and all of the crew of Affordable Siding & Windows!!!

They sent two guys that were respectful and wanted to work, but needed direction and supervision. They used a lot of my tools as they were not prepared to take on this job. I was in contact nearly every day with Kelly and her partner as I tried to work with them. I could go on and on about their excuses. Subs were asking if I was paying Kelly, because they were not getting paid. After about three weeks (into a ten day job) I had to ask them to leave with the job half done. (less than half once the new contractor had to redo some of their work) At that point Kelly demanded full payment. I believe Kelly and her partner know very little about renovations. They bid the job, order materials and hope their subcontractors can make it work. I will add that I had worked in construction when I was younger, so i am familiar with what was needed I had a bad feeling about Kelly the first time we met, she really didn't seems to understand the work process or construction in general. Thinking she was just the front person I move forward with them. I should have listened to my gut.
