Please say what you mean and mean what you say. People don't have time to play your strange mind games. If masks are not encouraged, recommended, required, etc. WHY is the sign on the door?! Prior to entering the building, I walked from my car to the entrance, saw the sign, turned around and walked back to my car to get a mask. Stop wasting people's time, especially job seekers'! We are a vulnerable population and need your help, not head games! Unwelcome: Also, immediately upon entering, I was (politely) instructed to abide by a dress code and handed a "code of conduct" hand out, plucked from the wall by the door. Talk about unwelcoming! This person had zero idea of what I had gone through to just GET to that office and I felt as if I was treated like dirt beneath this woman's shoes and made to feel unwelcome all because I happened to be wearing my (clean) gym clothes and opted to stop by her lousy office before going to work out! I am astonished. Perhaps instead of instructing visitors to wear a mask -- which isn't true -- this office needs to post a flyer about "no shorts allowed" which is true. You've made me feel unwelcome, and I regret ever entering your establishment. Also "D" was borderline rude to me and an elderly gentleman who entered hoping for some assistance. D seemed to be more interested in sending conversations in circles and getting off topic than he was in actually listening, comprehending and helping. We were assured they would do that. The next day the 1st person came out. He had to constantly ask us how to weed eat. When shown, he ask if we wanted him to go home. We said "yes" looks like that would be best. We called labor finders, explained the situation and they sent another person out right away. That person, knew how to start a weedeater and hold one but went so slow it would have taken him 28 hours to weedeat the homes in the community, plus he kept asking where to weedeat, which was obvious the grass was already mowed and the higher weeds were the ones that needed cut down. Slow slow as molasses in winter. That was NOT cost effective to us, the worker got an attitude and then my husband did send him away. We called Labor Finders and spoke with "Jason" and we have never been spoken to so disrespectfully stating they "don't hire workhorses." We called Yolanda (assistant manager) and she said she would reimburse us. Technically, you order the worker, worker works whatever hours, Labor Finders sends us an approval of the hours worked and we approve it THEN they take the money out? But this time, they took 8 hours of labor $ THE DAY BEFORE and CHARGED US MORE THAN THE AMOUNT I WAS TOLD! They first said they will reimburse us, then they said they would charge us for 4 hours, now they say it'll be $76.00 we will get refunded! We paid almost $200 for 1 1/2 hours of bs labor!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are located in Vero Beach. We are pursuing legal action against them, because their business practices are illegal and steal from hard working employers. These people make up their own rules and laugh at your face while doing it. I know, I heard them in the background when we called them! NO MORE PATIENCE!!

I went ahead and kept the appointment ,and I am glad I did. I found Andy to be extremely knowledgeable about his industry, and very helpful in explaining the benefits that are available for my business. We ended up chatting about life here in Vero Beach, family, and other common interests. All in all, Andy struck me as a very honest and caring individual. At the end of our meeting I asked Andy about the issues mentioned in the other review I had seen. Andy explained that he had once worked for a company that was owned by a fellow who ended up in some deep trouble. Andy explained that he never had any involvement in the activities that caused the trouble for his former employer, and there is no connection whatsoever between that person, or that company, and AYS Employee Leasing. I checked out much of the information presented by the other reviewer, and I really do not see any connection between the bad guys in his story, and the folks at AYS Employee Leasing. Bottom line: When the time is right, we will move forward with AYS Employee Leasing. Even though I have not actually worked with AYS yet, I am giving them 5 stars to offset the unwarranted damage done by an over zealous reviewer who apparently has never actually used AYS either.

Never heard a word from Port St Lucie after I contacted them and sent paperwork. I had gone out on jobs in Vero Beach and even was requested from employers when they needed someone on short notice. But now the manager and assistant and receptionist have left from Vero. Would have been nice to get an email, as I did go out on many jobs for them. I hear nothing regarding jobs. They charge the clients an excessive up charge, yet pay you nothing, no wonder companies do not want to use.
