I even told her how far this building was from my home when she called time to confirm the appointment and she's like so what, didn't even care AND then for her to not even show up or have someone else take my appointment is inexcusable. Why is the building closed before the times stated on the door, ESPECIALLY knowing you had an appointment. Monique Ramos is the MOST unprofessional person I have dealt with. This should not be tolerated for a career resource center, especially when I had to cancel a job interview - to be the only one to arrive at my mandated appointment

Within 10 days, a message was sent from an amazing business owner stating that Dawn had forwarded my information to him and he wanted to talk. I wore a mask into the building and nobody else -- including the 3 employees onsite -- were wearing masks. This epitomizes my experience with the area in general: Nothing is as advertised. Please say what you mean and mean what you say. People don't have time to play your strange mind games. If masks are not encouraged, recommended, required, etc. WHY is the sign on the door?! Prior to entering the building, I walked from my car to the entrance, saw the sign, turned around and walked back to my car to get a mask. Stop wasting people's time, especially job seekers'! We are a vulnerable population and need your help, not head games! Unwelcome: Also, immediately upon entering, I was (politely) instructed to abide by a dress code and handed a "code of conduct" hand out, plucked from the wall by the door. Talk about unwelcoming! This person had zero idea of what I had gone through to just GET to that office and I felt as if I was treated like dirt beneath this woman's shoes and made to feel unwelcome all because I happened to be wearing my (clean) gym clothes and opted to stop by her lousy office before going to work out! I am astonished. Perhaps instead of instructing visitors to wear a mask -- which isn't true -- this office needs to post a flyer about "no shorts allowed" which is true. You've made me feel unwelcome, and I regret ever entering your establishment. Also "D" was borderline rude to me and an elderly gentleman who entered hoping for some assistance. D seemed to be more interested in sending conversations in circles and getting off topic than he was in actually listening, comprehending and helping. Manager was out of the office and so was M who is equally difficult to deal with.
