Today I had the guy's from AIM Window Cleaners stop by my vacation home to clean all my windows. To…read moretell you the truth, I didn't even know a service like this existed in the area. But neighbor next-door had a AIM Window cleaners performing their window cleaning services the other day and I was taken back watching these two guys efficiently, going through the process of cleaning each window and each window screen. These guys even went up on the roof and cleaned the home's solar panels! Wow! Anyway, since I'm only here a few months out of the year the house gets slightly neglected and window cleaning is never on my list of things to do. So you know I had to wander over to my neighbors house and get this company's contact information. Angel Garcia the companies proprietor, happened to be one of the individuals performing the service and he quickly greeted me with a big smile. To say that this guy is not a natural businessman is an understatement. He was happy to answer all my questions and told me that as soon as he was done with my neighbors place, he was swing by and count the number of windows that my property had and give me an estimate. I was actually surprised with how affordable this service was, and with a handshake I agreed to get the work done. But it was pretty late in the day, so Angel told me that he will return the following day to perform the service. And as promised Angel and his associate arrived on time the next morning and quickly got to work. As they did with my neighbor, they efficiently went through the process of removing the window screens and setting up their equipment. One guy got to cleaning the screens, and the other got on cleaning the windows with some special contraption. It was pretty cool to watch but I left them alone so that they could do what they had to do. After they were done, Angel knocked on my door and asked me to take a walk with him around the perimeter of the house to see how the work came out. And I have to say they did an amazing job! I was really happy with the results. I don't normally use Home Service Providers because I'm a pretty handy person but sometimes you just have to hire professionals to do what they do. And these guys are professionals! So it is my pleasure to highly recommend AIM Window Cleaners to all that need their home's windows cleaned professionally. Nothing was missed, appliances look like new (oven, fridges, stove tops) lighting fixtures sparkle, The shower looked better then when it was brand new (3 years ago) Cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms cleaned inside and out. I first hired Kelly and her crew to clean my house in September 2022. After requesting a date and…read morehaving it confirmed, she came back later and said that date was no longer available. Luckily, I was able to be flexible and work with her new schedule. It wasn't convenient, but I was desperate. I paid 3 people each what equates to $40/hr for a "deep clean." It needed some extra attention, but was not in bad shape. It felt pretty expensive, but they did a good job. Skip to December 2022, when I contact Kelly to hire her crew again. I request any time before Christmas and am told "maybe the 15th." I said I need to know for sure. She said, okay.. 15th and I'll tell you the time two days before. I said no, that doesn't work as I have other things to schedule and need a smaller window. She said she'd probably be able to be here sometime between noon and four. I asked if we could narrow the window to 12-2 and she said she hasn't planned that far in advance. (Mind you, today is the 7th and we're talking about service on the 15th.) I said I could wait a couple of days for her to create a schedule, but not a week. And she said we should just cancel. Clearly, Kelly has no interest in working for her clients. She makes you feel like you need to win her approval in order to be lucky enough to overpay her for her poorly-managed services. Kelly Sato Miranda: do better. *Responding: I was willing to forgive your scheduling problems once, that's why I attempted to hire you again. But no, not even the worst box store could get away with a "maybe" delivery date and a "sometime" delivery time. If you want to be the best, treat your clients like you would want to be treated. If you want to be compared to Comcast customer service, well.. then you still need to improve!

I can't, in good conscience, leave anything higher than one star. I booked two cleaners for three…read morehours. They arrived on time, but after three hours, only two bathrooms and part of another room had been cleaned. Did not make the bed, as asked. The kitchen, living areas, and floors had not been touched. I contacted the owner, and he agreed to give them an additional hour. Thirty minutes into that extra time, they were both still cleaning the same bathroom. I texted the owner again to let him know they still hadn't started the remaining rooms and sent a video showing one of the cleaners on her phone, taking pictures (not selfies) of my bedroom and my belongings while the vacuum was running and she was texting someone. I was granted another extra hour, but the same cleaner who had been taking pictures then spent about 30 minutes pushing the vacuum back and forth in the same spot, mostly just staring into space, which was captured on my security cameras. The owner granted yet another hour. At that point, they rushed through the kitchen, living areas, and floors, then asked me to leave a Google review. After they finished, my child walked into the house and asked why it smelled like a wet dog. We don't have a dog. Their mops were clearly dirty, and nothing smelled fresh or clean. The only cleaner I noticed was the window cleaner, because I was standing right next to her when she used it. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
