They arrived on time, but after three hours, only two bathrooms and part of another room had been cleaned. Did not make the bed, as asked. The kitchen, living areas, and floors had not been touched. I contacted the owner, and he agreed to give them an additional hour. Thirty minutes into that extra time, they were both still cleaning the same bathroom. I texted the owner again to let him know they still hadn't started the remaining rooms and sent a video showing one of the cleaners on her phone, taking pictures (not selfies) of my bedroom and my belongings while the vacuum was running and she was texting someone. I was granted another extra hour, but the same cleaner who had been taking pictures then spent about 30 minutes pushing the vacuum back and forth in the same spot, mostly just staring into space, which was captured on my security cameras. The owner granted yet another hour. At that point, they rushed through the kitchen, living areas, and floors, then asked me to leave a Google review. After they finished, my child walked into the house and asked why it smelled like a wet dog. We don't have a dog. Their mops were clearly dirty, and nothing smelled fresh or clean. The only cleaner I noticed was the window cleaner, because I was standing right next to her when she used it. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

Outstanding Attorney -- A True Advocate Who Fights for Her Clients…read moreI cannot say enough about the exceptional representation I received from Attorney Jackie Grady. She is, without question, the reason I am no longer facing a completely unjust and overwhelming medical bill. I was approved for hip surgery with a clearly stated patient responsibility of $697, which I paid upfront at the hospital. A month after my operation, I was blindsided by a bill from Advent Health for over $54,000, claiming my insurance had declined the procedure due to a "coding error." The stress and shock were indescribable. I knew this was wrong, but I had no idea how to fight a hospital system of that size. That's when I turned to Jackie Grady -- and she was an absolute lifesaver. Jackie immediately understood the situation, took control, and stood up to Advent Health's wrongful billing practices with confidence, precision, and unwavering determination. She communicated clearly, kept me informed, and made me feel protected every step of the way. Within a short time, she negotiated the entire matter down to $500 -- a result I never could have achieved on my own. Her professionalism, expertise, and compassion turned what felt like a nightmare into a resolved issue. She didn't just handle a case; she defended me when I felt powerless and ensured I wasn't taken advantage of. If you are facing medical billing issues or need someone who will truly fight for you, I wholeheartedly recommend Attorney Jackie Grady. She is skilled, fearless, and genuinely cares about her clients. I am forever grateful for what she did for me.
