The space is beautiful, the staff -- reservations, host, sommelier and waiter Valentina -- was super helpful. We opted for the four-course tasting menu. (The seven course option is just too much for me.) My wife had the wine pairings; I had a glass of fabulous local Cabernet Sauvignon with the main course.
I assume the menu changes with seasons so I won't bore you with descriptions except to say that each was lovely. There was an emphasis on local dishes deconstructed and put back together by a Michelin one-star chef.
All in all, it was a lovely meal, in beautiful ambience, with amazing service. And a very happy anniversary.
One tip: the restaurant's website indicated they were fully booked. I sent a WhatsApp message and it turned out they indeed had a table available.
